Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming East Liberty

I was pretty disappointed in grooming services by the East Liberty Woof Gang group today. Of note, this is my second time going and the first time the grooming and customer service were excellent. Today, the person who greeted us wasn’t a groomer and so she wrote down what we asked for because our groomer wasn’t there yet. Another groomer, Lisa, who we did not book and have never met, came from around back and met us with attitude and told us what we were looking for wasn’t “usual.” I wanted my golden to just have a mini groom, I wanted them to trim the legs and butt fur. Lisa, who wasn’t even our groomer, told us that wasn’t usual and usually people get a full groom of goldens. I know what I order for my dogs. Charlie gets groomed more often than goldens need because he’s on a schedule with our schnauzer who needs them a lot. We bring him for mini grooms in between standard grooms so he can socialize. Ultimately, they cut nothing off of Charlie. His butt fur and legs are unchanged, he looks totally unchanged from prior. They just charged me a mini groom fee for a glorified bath. This is contrast to last time where they did excellent. Lisa shouldn’t interact with the front desk and

I discovered Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming - East Liberty while walking by and couldn't resist going in after seeing how cute it looked through the window. They had the most adorable, beautifully decorated cookies made just for pups! The shop was very clean, well-organized and easy to browse. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they offer a great selection of collars, treats and toys, along with professional dog grooming services. Best of all, my dogs absolutely loved the treats. I'll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this spot to fellow dog parents!

★★★★★ We’ve been coming here for the last 6 months and we love this place! We always ask for Lisa and she is amazing—she truly cares about the dogs and treats them so well. She always accommodates their needs to make sure they’re comfortable, and it shows in how happy they are after each visit. Our pups come home looking adorable every time. The shop also has a great selection of treats and supplies. Highly recommend!

We have been going to see Lisa at Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming and she always does an amazing job. The retail bakery has wonderful homemade and natural puppy treats. Our Australian Labradoodle enjoys his visits and usually comes home with a cute cut and delicious treats.

I took my puppy (eskipoo) for her first haircut at Wolf Gang. I was extremely nervous being it was my first time leaving her with strangers. Everyone was WONDERFUL and when I picked her up she looked AMAZING. My puppy also really enjoyed her freshly made cookie. Ate every crumb! I will be going back monthly like they recommended to get her used to going there as she was very afraid. I’ve attached “before “ and “after” photo to show you what disaster they were working with!!
