My dog gets his full/mini groom at Woof Gang Daytona. It is very easy to book an appointment - may it be online or through phone call, and the staff are always welcoming and very friendly!! Special shoutout to Ari - she always gets the cut that I want for my dog 🥰 I also get my dog’s toys and treats here! 🤍

Their groomers gaslit us into thinking they were plucking our poodle mix ‘s ears. As you can see by this picture they weren’t at all. It’s cost us over $1000 between vet bills and having him sedated for ear plucking because his ear hair was so compacted and the ensuing steroid medication he now has to take for another two weeks. And this is after I complained once before about his ears having a yeast infection from a different time his ears were allegedly done. If they can’t handle ear plucking on a service dog whose behavior is trained and docile I don’t know what to say about if your puppy has ear challenges. We had switched over to them in December and had never had a problem prior to Wolfgang. Will never recommend. 10/10 DO NOT go to them for ear cleaning hair maintenance.

I am very dissatisfied and disappointed in services I received. I really regret tipping on top of that. I was charged for a LUXURY BATH and my dog smells the same, nail barely trimmed. The whole interaction was weird, I am realizing for certain reasons like my skin color I may not have been on the right side of town. Im new to Daytona and its sad service is dumbed down for whatever reason. I did pay full price for a service just to get home and be questioning the services I just paid for. We just brought him home, a doberman puppy, he did not deserve what we got. Messed up what was suppose to be an amazing moment. Its upsetting 😡 I honest want a refund. I should have done it myself as I thought, my pup would have smelled other than a dog within the first hour of picking him up.

I was so nervous to take my dog to another groomer after a horrible experience at another place. I went into Wolf Gang to talk to someone about everything. The next day I went back in to book the appointment. The day of the appointment we walked in and the groomer came out to talk to me about what I wanted done to my dog. The groomer was so nice and listen to every concern I had. I got the call to pick her up. I didn’t even recognize my own dog. She looks brand new. It took an hour and a half for everything. She even got a bandanna. I’m very pleased with how the experience went.
