Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming Cranford

My first visit to this location was on May 27th, which was my baby Dash’s birthday. It was such a lovely woman working at the front desk. She was so kind and helpful. It was her energy that made me come back today to get my baby more treats. Upon entry the two ladies at the front desk didn’t even acknowledge me or my partner. Yet another woman walks in and she’s greeted with such joy. They even asked her where was her dog. It was because they shared the same breed as she just adopted. I wasn’t asked where was my dog or what type of dog I have. I also wasn’t offered complimentary treats for my dog. As someone who works in customer service and understands the importance of treating everyone the same. Someone needs to educate these ladies on being kind and welcoming. A smile and a hello goes a long way!

My corgi, Winston, has been going to Woofgang since he was 4 months old. Gia is so good with him and always makes him look handsome with the perfect fluffy corgi butt. All we have to tell him is that he's going to see Gia, and he's so excited! He practically sprints from the car and tries to push his way into the back. Highly highly recommend.

I cannot recommend Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming enough! I brought my dog in for a groom and Amber is truly the best. My furry kid ( yeah, having a dog is like having an extra kid :| ) looked absolutely amazing afterward, but more importantly, she wasn't anxious at all—which is a huge relief for a dog owner. As someone still gaining experience with professional grooming, I felt totally at ease here. Love supporting a fantastic local business. If you're in Cranford, this is the place to go!

Jeannette is amazing! I told her that my pomeranian had health issues and old age; she made sure my fur baby was in good hands and well taken care of during her grooming. I was impressed of how relaxed my dog was when she was finished. Shes great and would go back to her again! Def recommend this place.
