We had such a wonderful experience at Woof Gang Academy of Grooming! The staff was incredibly friendly, patient, and caring with our pup. They did an amazing job with the grooming — our dog looked absolutely adorable, smelled great. The communication was excellent, the place was very clean. Highly recommend to anyone looking for trustworthy and quality grooming services!

We took our Senior cat (16.5 years old) in for a very bad matting issue. Since he’s an older cat, we wanted to make sure they would be able to care for him. He’s matted because he’s older and doesn’t really groom any longer. He’s a Norwegian Forest Cat. Lots of fur. Natalie did a fantastic job taking care of him. Removed all the mats and took care of his toe beans and tufts of hair. I highly recommend Woof Gang Academy. It’s a grooming school and students help, but they did a great job. We’ll definitely take the old guy back!

If I could give this place negative stars, I absolutely would. I took my dog, Yeti — a long-haired white Pomeranian with an extremely thick coat — to this groomer several times. Because his coat was difficult to brush through, they suggested trimming it. Unfortunately, they cut his hair far too short, and it has not grown back properly since. During a holiday visit in December 2024, they also recommended adding a bit of red dye around his ears and paws, assuring me it was temporary and would wash out easily. Nearly a year later, the color is still visible, proving it was permanent dye, despite their promises. I’ve reached out to the groomer multiple times to discuss these issues and have received no response. This experience has been extremely disappointing. I would strongly caution other Pomeranian owners — this business does not understand how to properly groom double-coated breeds and was not honest about the products they used. This is before and almost a year later after

I just recently completed the 600 hour program and feel so confident going into this career. Kayla and Marla the instructors are very knowledgeable and put their all into making excellent groomers! I’ve watched myself and so many of my classmates excel/ grow in the past year with kayla and marla by our sides every step of the way. You can tell that they really care about not only the industry and producing great grooms but also making sure the pups are very well taken care of. They also try as hard as they can to ensure the new groomers getting put out into the world really know what they’re doing to benefit them and the pups! Enrolling at Woof gang academy changed my life in many ways for the better, i wouldn’t have wanted any other mentors to embark on this journey with me! I would 100% recommend Woof gang academy for new students, or for new potential clients, your pup will surely be in safe hands.
