I went to school here. It’s a very intensive program, and by the end you will be grooming professionally. You need thick skin to complete this program. If you are a sensitive person who takes criticisms to heart, this is not the school for you. You will get tools that will last, so long as you take care of them. Make sure that you communicate that you would like to learn hand stripping. You will learn the steps and techniques to it, but unless you communicate you might not get the physical experience. But for a 4 month intensive program the price is very good.

We have used this place for several years. We were fine with it because we knew it was a school so when the dog did not always look how we wanted we were ok. But the last time we took dog they told us our dog was not welcome back. They gave no reason. We asked why and they finally looked at chart and said they did not know. He had a cut on him when we got home. He is a senior dog. They should be ashamed of how they act

Always take our dogs to this facility and have for many years. The prices are very fair and we are always happy with the results. Delores must be an excellent teacher

They are excellent and caring for my German Shepherd. They do a beautiful job of de-shedding her. She loves going there. I highly recommend.

My family and I have been loyal customers to this establishment for numerous years despite how completely rude the owner always was to us and the several price increases. We overlooked it because our dogs typically came out with good haircuts. However, I will no longer be returning there or giving her my business. After recently taking my dog in for a grooming I noticed several cuts on his stomach where they cut him during grooming. I know this can happen on occasion when grooming an animal, but we were never informed of it during pick-up and once we got him home is when we noticed how much pain he was in. When I tried calling the next day and informing them about this I was called a liar over and over again by the owner and that she never did that. She asked we bring our dog in again to examine him which was extremely inconvenient for us since we don’t live close. My husband went out of his way to accommodate that and even after that she denied they were even cuts and that she never did that. I was merely just looking for an apology but she couldn’t even give me that and was extremely disrespectful to me and my husband. Update: In response to the owner below. Again, she wants to
