I will be loyal to this vet office forever. Everyone is SO kind and accommodating and they truly just care about helping your pets. They always ask what I am expecting or could realistically pay and always always do their best to get it as close to that as possible. And they’ve squeezed my pets in during emergencies. I feel so confident when I am there that I am going to get the best care at the best price. It’s always such a relief.

I don't know much about this place, but I know that our grooming facility recently made ownership changes and our groomer will now work at Windermere. Let me tell you, they are acquiring an amazing groomer! And Sabrina on the phones for scheduling and details? Absolute ROCKSTAR. Windermere Animal Hospital helped us with one specific service - acquiring the proper documentation for an international move for a large dog. Dr. Ingold and staff were extremely helpful and quick on the turnaround for something that was a bit of short notice. Our original vet was unable to assist with acquiring the needed documentation therefore we had reached out to Windermere. What is an extremely stressful and confusing process was made relatively easy by Dr. Ingold. We were able to get the documents in a timely manner and he explained the exact process of where they go, when they come back and what we needed to do with them. Despite the chaotic stress-induced problem we dropped on them, they knocked it out of the park and I was able to move my dog with me on time. We (myself and Kira) appreciate their efforts. We unfortunately can't make comment of their normal services (grooming, vaccinations and exams) as we did not use them but we felt no reason they wouldn't excel at those too.

We have had great visits at Windermere Animal Hospital! My dog has seen both Dr. Ingold and Dr. Arnold so far and both doctors are amazing! I love how everyone at Windermere, staff, nurses, and doctors all take the time to really work with me and my dog by listening and making us feel welcomed and comfortable. It's so nice how they treat my dog like their own and I don't feel like my dog is just another number that they are rushing to get in and out of the office. My dog has always struggled with anxiety at any vet office, but she does so much better when going to Windermere, and that is all because the doctors and nurses take the time to work with my dog and make her feel comfortable with them!
