Wild Willy's Car Wash - EUGENE

Wild Willy's Car Wash - Eugene provided fast and convenient service with friendly staff. My vehicle was cleaned thoroughly, and the team worked efficiently to get everything looking fresh again. The pricing was reasonable, and the overall experience was smooth. I would happily return for another car wash.

Really wanted a car wash that would clean the inside of my windows. I used to go to one over on Q St. in Springfield, but I went there and they are no longer full service so I tried this one. When I inquired about a wash that would include the inside of the windows, I nearly choked on the price, but decided that that was better than me having to do it, which I detest. As mentioned in another review, the employees, previously identified as kids which is pretty accurate, looked put out for having to do the job they’re getting paid for. I should’ve paid attention while they were doing it, but I was engrossed with watching other things. When I got in my car that evening and the sunlight was hitting the windshield just so, I could see that they either didn’t clean the interior of the window at all or they just did a really shabby job. Further inspection later in the day showed that they did a very poor job vacuuming the cargo area of my SUV. Overall, totally shitty work and never to get a dime from me again. The only good thing is I didn’t tip them upon completion. Had I tipped them and then seen the poor job they did, I would’ve really been disappointed in myself.

The wash I got for $10 was fine, it did the job. But the experience wasn't great. To enter the car wash area, you have to get your left tires into a very narrow track with high ledges. I watched the car in front of me miss it a few times, and I struggled to aim correctly too. The car wash guys yelled at both of us. When multiple customers struggle with your equipment, maybe instead of yelling at them try helping them. Or change the setup that customers are struggling with. Wouldn't come back here.

Been here a few times now and disappointed each time. Staff is obviously annoyed about having to clean a vehicle that has kids in it all the time even though I tip up front knowing it’s not a simple job. The don’t move the seats to vacuum under them so I always have to finish the job for them after and get all the stuff they miss. If you are looking for quality work and professional people I would avoid this place like the plague.

Paid $100 for VIP detail at their Thurston location. Most of the cupholders were left dirty. We lifted the rugs and found dirt underneath them. I opened a compartment in the backseat and found a mess. The inside of the windshield wasn't wiped down. I'm not sure what they did, but it wasn't worth one dollar let alone 100.
