We have taken our senior dog here for his health care and boarding needs since we moved here 3 yrs ago. Dr Reese and staff are knowledgeable, friendly and very kind! Highly recommend!

TLDR: 10/10 Excellent care. They do things right. They genuinely care and do their best to make sure your pet is good. There are 5 vets within a mile of me but it's worth the trip from tyler to whitehouse, just to see them. They handle exotics AND your standard pets; they are also good at both. Great staff and they actually seem to care. I wish I had known about this vet sooner. The last time I had a dog spayed (somewhere else, during covid), they didn't send home any pain meds and only glued the incision shut; there was tearing immediately, and they just *did not care*. The scarring is still bad, 6 years after. She didn't pee for 3 days and didnt eat/poop for 7. It was terrifying. No follow up appt and my calls were ignored. The pup and I were BOTH genuinely traumatized but we made it work bc we had to. Just had my extra tiny girl spayed, with stuck baby teeth removed, AND microchip. It was more costly, but 10000% worth it.She peed immediately after getting home and ate too. Less than 12 hrs for a poo. REAL STITCHES, pain meds, AND a follow up scheduled before I even left the office. I started using this office nearly 6 years ago for my bird; transferred all my pets there afte

We recently moved from Dallas and had 2 emergencies within a 2 week span. Every time I called they were ready to help! The vet is very experienced with birds and although my Harley passed away I KNOW they did everything they could and he was honest about the prognosis! 2 weeks later we came in with my little Frijole who was extremely sick. At one point I didn’t think she was going to make it. They were very thorough and we came up with a treatment plan together. Two days later my little girl is doing so much better! Thank you to everyone! You have no idea what this little dog means to me. After my child passed away she was the only reason I’m here today! Thank you so much for taking such good care of my babies!

I have bunnies, dogs, and cats, and I often feel anxious about bringing my bunnies to the vet. However, my experience with Dr. Suddeth and her vet tech was exceptional. When we got into the examination room, I allowed my bunnies to explore, and to my surprise, both the doctor and vet tech sat on the floor with them. Instead of lifting my bunny up, the doctor examined him while kneeling, which helped reduce his anxiety. I've never seen such a gentle approach, not even with human doctors. My animals mean everything to me, and I appreciate the care they show for my concerns as well. It’s comforting to go to a veterinary clinic where they genuinely care about the animals and their owners. Regarding costs, I recognize that veterinary services can be pricey, but I value that this clinic offers a payment plan, which eases my worries when my bunnies need care. Dr. Suddeth also ensures I have essential medications at home for emergencies, a service many vets neglect. My bunnies have needed these medications in the past to get through gastrointestinal stasis, and it’s made a significant difference. If you have bunnies or exotic pets, I highly recommend this vet.
