I took my cat for an urgent visit. They got her in right away and were so thorough, attentive and reassuring. My cat had been dealing with her issue off and on for a month with no real answers from her vet. We were at West Ridge for 2 1/2 hours, but left with a treatment plan that has already resulted in great improvement in our cat’s condition. Needless to say, West Ridge is now all of our pets vet going forward.

I want to extend my sincere thanks to the team at West Ridge Animal Hospital for their excellent care and for helping Pebbles get better. It is incredibly clear that the staff truly care about the animals, show genuine compassion, and provide high-quality medical treatment when it matters most. However, there is a significant operational issue regarding their waiting times that needs to be addressed. I have had to wait well over 45 minutes just to receive a basic status update or test results. Waiting outside or in the a room for nearly an hour just for a verbal update is highly inefficient, especially when these routine results and updates could easily be handled over a quick phone call instead. While the veterinary medical care itself is top-tier and highly recommended, the administrative communication flow and respect for the client's time need serious refinement. Streamlining the update process would vastly improve the overall client experience.

Very quite, clean, place. Cat hotel has many sweets girls that take care kitties and a head woman that is in charge, all them very professional, very kind to the kitties and pawrents, they know we all are under huge separation stress. The condos have big windows and condos are doble, kitty goes up anddown and have different environment to rest, walk, sleep. They are always visible to the girls because is all clear material. I would recommend only one thing, cat tower ! Kitties would love to be able to play in a, cat tower !

It is hard to find anyone who cares for your babies the way you do, but thankfully we’ve found that here at West Ridge Animal Hospital! We have 4 English Bulldogs (photo of our 14 year old) and have thorough visits with solid advice and gentle care each time. Recently we had to wait for several minutes past our appointment time to get called back. To make up for it, Emily walked outside (unprompted) with a basket full of snacks genuinely apologizing for my wait. She explained they had a prior appointment running over and they wanted to thank me for my patience by offering some snacks. How thoughtful! 1st- I don’t mind the wait, I love knowing they are so thorough that they don’t kick patients out or rush due to time. But 2nd, to go above and beyond by walking out to my car to offer me snacks- wow! A few minutes later Monique came out to take my pup back. Being 14, he has a hard time walking. He isn’t a light fella either- he is quite heavy. Despite this, without prompting, Monique picked him up and carried him inside so he didn’t have to walk in pain. Dr. Weigel and the entire team at West Ridge Animal Hospital are absolutely incredible. When my dog was bitten by another dog and needed facial surgery, they got him in right away and made me feel so confident leaving him there. Earlier this week I brought my niece’s rat in and again, they got us in immediately. Both times the care was just amazing. Emma at the front desk is so kind and genuinely makes the whole experience better. If you’re ever in crisis with your animal, come to West Ridge. They will care for your baby like it’s their own.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
