I have been getting products from them for several years now I love their team and getting the products that I need on time. They have a great selection in tools and Stihl products. Great staff and helpful when you need to find a tool or product. Thanks for being amazing.

They need to hire knowledgeable people. We're hooking up gas lines in our home and they didn't know what size connected to what or what size. We needed. Our third trip up here now we're just going to get our money back and go to a different hardware store. You know if you can't hire people that know anything at least train them. Your success or failure depends upon the customers

I called Do It Best to say that I ordered the wrong product and needed to return it (an order purchased online). The customer service rep said she would find the nearest store I could return the products to and that they (do it best) would refund me after I returned it to the store. She asked me when I could return the product and I said "today". So today I arrived at the store at 6:55 pm and the door was locked. The people inside would not open the door or even listen to what I had to say- They would not even have to open their register because corporate would refund me, all they needed to do was take the merchandise and mark it as returned to the store. The people inside refused to open the door, ignored me, and the person that came to the vestibule said, "Do I need to call the cops when I get out there?" -implying that because I was standing there, wanting to explain what I needed, that I was harassing them? putting them in danger? I have no idea. #1 I am not a Karen #2 I am a neighbor of the store #3 I have worked in customer service my whole life #4 I am a kind and respectful person and I understand their time is valuable. I cannot believe that insanity- and ya better believe

Im going to give these guys one more chance. So from 1 star up to 3 star for now. Customer service seems to be back to that small town genuine we care kind of people. We will see if the part for my chainsaw is actually correct when it comes in. Part was correct for my chainsaw. Little bummed they aren't open later on Saturday's. Im still used to the old hours. I've shown up at 6:20pm multiple times now to be disappointed lol but thats my own fault.
