Watermill Pet Wash - S. Boulder Road, Louisville

The monthly membership is an incredible value versus paying for single washes. I bring Joey here every week, and it saves me from ruining my own bathroom or hurting my back leaning over the tub. You really don't need to bring anything with you since shampoo, conditioner, and towels are all provided right at the station. Using their app to activate the bay is quick and convenient, and 15 minutes is the perfect amount of time to get the job done. 5 stars!

Not worth the money. Small stations, big dogs are uncomfortable. $15 for 10 minutes which was barely enought time to fully wash rinse and condition. Then they include the use of the blowdrier in that time. Of course you can pay more to stay longer... They dont even have any brushes to use to groom. Other places have $20 for a half hour with options for shampoos aswell as grooming supplies. Ane they give you a plastic bib...aw cheap as possible. Towels dont absorb water ay all.

Had trouble getting the machine to start, and recognize selection, and I ended up having to switching to a different bay to see if I could get that one to work. Also had trouble at the new bay but finally got it to recognize my selection and start. (Probably me just learning how the machine works.) Sudsy water came out right away but it was ICE COLD and my dog was freaking out at how cold it was. The glacier-cold water continued for a while! I finally decided to go to the Rinse setting and get my dog out of there as soon as possible, because it seemed like the water wasn't getting any better and the time (10 minutes) is so limited. During rinsing I could feel the water warming up slightly. There is no staff manning the facility so I couldn't ask about the issue at that moment. Anyway, I drove my very wet and cold dog home and gave her a bath the usual way in my bathtub with warm water. For me, the only positives were that the facility was clean and an apron and a towel are included. I won't do it again unless can be assured that water will be correct temp for the entire 10 minutes. $15 is too expensive to not have correct temp water the entire time.

What an awful ripoff. $15 for 10 minutes is very expensive and time does not pause when you're not using the water, so repositioning your pet eats into your time. I tried to add more time, which you can't seem to do with their app and the machine got stuck on "cash only" when I tried to use Apple Pay. It also wouldn't take a credit card. I wasn't paying another $15 to dry my dog so she had to walk home wet in the cold. There is a disinfectant cycle that you can run when you are finished, but I guess they expect the patron to pay for that as well since it won't work once you run out of time.

Hands down one of the best dog wash places in town! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how clean and well-organized everything was. The space felt fresh, thoughtfully designed. The stations were easy to use, the water temperature was perfect, and there was zero mess or lingering odor, which made the whole experience stress-free for both me and my dog. You can tell this business truly prioritizes cleanliness, quality, and comfort. Highly recommend!
