We joined the Wash club after one time trying out the ultimate wash. I love it. I have friends at tease me about how nice my car looks all the time but I love having the ability to go get a nice clean car… Every once in a while machines go down But I have to say that the response from the company has been absolutely stellar… We thoroughly enjoy getting our cars washed at the Watermill

I tried to use the FREE dog wash code, but it didn't work and my card was charged anyway. I contacted management and was assured that I would receive a full refund. That refund never happened. After multiple attempts to get the issue resolved, I was forced to contact my credit card company and dispute the charge. Very disappointing experience and poor follow-through on a promise that should have been honored.

Best car wash in the state. Very clean facilities and the wash does an amazing job on my vehicle, and really enjoy how the auto wash does the underbody too. Self service bays are great as well. - one call out is Justin and Meagan are extremely customer focused and great customer service. Highly recommend this car wash!

I've been working over in this area for the past 3 years and I finally stopped into the Watermill to wash my van after the last snow storm. The van was covered with mag chloride and dirt. I didn't realize how great the van looked till I got back to work and was amazed. That was yesterday. I came back today with my 96 Impreza. I got lucky and ran into one of the owners restocking the vending machine. I was surprised to see Adam's polishes being stocked in the machine as well! Those are the same products I use on my Aprilia motorcycle and my subaru. I had a chance to tell her what a great place they have and how well-kept it is. She was very friendly, and shared information about the chemicals that they use. I always try to patronize local family-owned businesses so I will be returning. Thanks again Megan! Maybe next time I'll run into your husband and we can talk 7.3 power strokes.

The self service wash stations for dogs is often very dirty and wet all over the floors. The tubs themselves are typically filled with dog hair and dirt, showing that they aren't cleaned frequently enough, and that other clients do not take the time to clean after themselves. In order to use the tubs, you have to spend half your initial time just getting the tub clean from the people before you, otherwise you just have your dogs wading in disgusting bath water as the drain is blocked. The rooms themselves are without any air conditioning, so expect them to be sweltering as the glass rooms which should have the doors propped open after use, get hot and humid. Would be much better if the car wash stations outside took tap to pay, but as is currently if you pull up to the kiosk you will have to reverse out of the line.
