Round Rock is in Texas, in the South, where summers are hot and humid, winters are short, and severe storms in spring are a fact of life; businesses run air conditioning most of the year and many open early to beat the heat. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Round Rock follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I’ve never seen a harder-working crew with management that simply stands around watching. Yes, it’s hot, but the employees doing the physical labor deserve better. They don’t accept tips when you check out, they don’t have Venmo or any other cashless tipping option, and the only way to tip is to use the on-site ATM—which charges a $6 fee just to withdraw cash. I genuinely feel sorry for the workers. They deserve the opportunity to be fairly recognized for their hard work. Management and ownership need to do better by making it easier for customers to reward the people who are actually doing the job.

It's decent for the detailing but they're not so good at regular cleaning. I've gone in for a full exterior and interior clean (not detailing) and they usually miss a thing or two on the inside. The video I attached shows a good job on my upholstery shampooing, but spots missed around the rest of the interior. Each time I've gone in they've tried to upsell me on detailing. Part of the problem is that they take forever. Shampooing my upholstery and a bad interior cleaning took 2 hours.

I paid $12 for their basic wash, and my wheels, and side panels on my car were untouched and dirty. I brought it to their attention, and they said the basic wash doesn’t clean those areas. Do they have old or faulty equipment? In accordance, they had to hand wash the entire back of the car before it went through the wash. I will never be back!

Quite possibly the worst full service car wash I’ve ever had, and for $73! I rarely leave reviews but they spent less than 15min and weren’t even busy. I pointed out a few areas that had not been done and they seemed annoyed. There is a phone charging pad area that was clearly not done and the manager said they won’t clean it if it’s not open…I intentionally left it open. I noticed a lot more after leaving. WAY overpriced. I’ve had much better for $38.

My car was a disaster. Two boys can definitely do that! Zach did an excellent job detailing my vehicle. Very thorough. My car felt, smelled, and looked new after he was done with it. 100% recommend these guys!
