Wash Pros Kaanapali

I don’t often leave reviews but this place is more than deserving. Here you will find hospitality that you wouldn’t expect for self service laundry. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and walked through the process. I didn’t have to ask any questions, the people were extremely friendly, and the workflow efficiency was honestly impressive. Don’t waste your time going anywhere else. I wish this business continued success because they clearly want to help people have a great laundry experience. I never thought I would attach the word experience with laundry but this place made my day.

Excellent customer service. Full wash and fold service available. $29 for minimum 15 lbs. 24 hr turnaround. Self service machines also available. Very friendly and clean. Convenience store located at end of shopping plaza with a great selection. Plenty of easy parking.

I am on a long vacation in Maui and needed to wash clothes halfway through my trip. My experiences with laundromats are they can be complicated figuring out the machines and tricky to know what settings to choose on the machines (is hot too hot? Etc), and when something goes wrong no one is there to help. This laundromat has a great attendant, Ivan! He was so friendly and helpful! Helped us with the machines and guided us so we could make an informed decision for our clothes. It is very clean and the machines were quality. Even the valet at the Ritz-Carlton knew of this impressive laundromat! Highly recommend!

Absolutely outstanding! We have our laundry done for us and will continue to do so. The way our clothes come back to us so crisp and perfectly folded sure does help this mama out of two littles! Highly recommend if you're in the market for having this service. The staff is extremely helpful and so kind each time we go in

Needed to wash several loads of laundry after a six day RV and car camping trip. Looked online and saw Wash Pros Kaanapali very close and with great reviews. Upon getting to the laundromat I could see why the reviews were so good, this was a true community that I had stumbled upon. I was greeted by the owner who gave me my instructions on operating the machines, and about setting up payment or getting everything totaled at the end. There was approximately 12-15 full size commercial washing machines and four heavy industrial machines for employee usage only. They provide wash and fold service as well. There are approximately 16 large commercial dryers to finish you off. The laundromat is clean, highly functional machines and amazing customer service. There was another employee walking around, in my head I called her a pit boss, like at a casino. She was truly the eyes and ears of the business. If your machine was done, she would gently tell you that way you can move your clothes from washer to dryer. Total experience is a 1000/10. If you find yourself needing washing services, please consider Wash Pro Kaanapali, you will not regret it!
