Every thing was frozen, even the change machine. One would think that in this type of weather that they might use hot water but no such luck, wax frozen, no sudsy scrubber, spot free frozen and it's still the same high dollar place we loathe.

I was greatly disappointed. I had never experienced any problems with bathing my dogs in the past. The water pressure was very weak and no supplies such as shampoo and conditioner which were expected. No attendant was on duty so I was out of luck. From reading prior comments from past customer, I don't expect a refund or a discount from the owner. Your better off going to Petco or Tractor Supply to bath your dogs. A bit more expensive but at least the equipment will operate and supplies be present.

This car wash does a real good job for a drive through, &&&& they have blowers that you go through after the wash is finished!! Great for cold weather when you don't want to leave water on your vehicle to freeze!!

Pretty decent car wash, all things considered. Three wash options. Often a man will scrub your lights, tires, and bumpers just before the wash begins, he's very friendly.

Well I parked in a spot that wasn’t supposed to be park in which I was wrong for so the tall guy ask me to move. I’ve already washed 10 dogs and just had one to rinse and I was going to leave. He ask me again and I said okay but then he started approaching me in a aggressive manner. I put my hand up asking him not to walk up on my like that in fear that he was going to attack me. I started to brandish my weapon but he walked off luckily . I’d advise you old man to calm your temper and stop being aggressive with your customers. Nobody cares about your height. I wouldnt recommend this wash to anybody and I am calling the better biz Bureau to file a complaint.
