Wasatch Family Pet Services

I am so grateful for Wasatch Family Pet Services. My sweet senior cat experienced a medical emergency, after going to the emergency vet, he was no recovering and we had to make the devastating choice to say goodbye. Wasatch Family Pet was who the vet uses for aftercare. Their options were affordable and it was a seamless process. Which in that moment meant so much. But, what I felt was the most important for me was that they hand deliver your pet home. It took the weight off of having to go somewhere to pick him up. It seems like a minor detail, but it meant a lot to me. The day before they were bringing him home they sent a message on what to expect. I was anxious waiting, and called to see when he would be delivered the day of, the employee who answered was kind and understanding, they ended up bringing him while on the phone, the person who brought him was also kind. Thank you to the Wasatch Family Pet Services for making such a devastating time a little easier. 💜

Wasatch Family Pet Services and Jess were incredible to work with through this very difficult time of our lives. They gave us the space we needed to say goodbye and we now have these beautiful custom made urns and orbs to remember our furry friend Frankie. While needing to use Wasatch Family Pet Services can be under very sad circumstances, I cannot recommend them enough to take great care through this difficult time. I am so happy that I have these amazing pieces to remember Frankie!

Wasatch Family Pet Services helped to provide closure to a difficult situation for my family. They had a lovely selection of products that allowed us to memorialize our pet in a way that was meaningful to each of us. They worked in tandem with the vet and accurately filled our order, thoughtfully packing everything and hand-delivering it to us. They could not have been easier to work with.

Wasatch Family Pet Services were very professional and handled my situation with my best friends ending of life with respect and dignity. This was a very emotional time for me and they handled it with the utmost understanding and care. The fact that they delivered my pets remains to my house was an added bonus. Thanks to the entire staff!

I recently lost my soul dog of 18 years and my vet suggested I work through this business for cremation services. I am still amazed at how incredible this business is. They were so kind and peaceful and empathetic and professional. Never made me feel bad for how emotional I was or for wanting some last moments with my baby. They talked me through the process and were respectful and understanding. Respected all the decisions I made and never tried to upsell me. Not jaded or unkind in anyway. I am so grateful I had them to help me through this process at one of the most difficult times of my life. Thank you.

We had an issue with our marble order at first, but.. the boss was quick to resolve the issue and took care of us in a real professional manner. I highly recommend them! Thank you for making such a beautiful marble out of our puppy ashes.

Losing my girl Riot was absolutely devastating, and entrusting someone else with her final arrangements was incredibly emotional for me. This company treated her with such care, respect, and gentleness that it brought me real comfort during one of the hardest moments of my life. Her cremation was handled with dignity, and a week later her ashes were delivered to my doorstep in a beautiful box, accompanied by a precious paw print keepsake with her name and ribbon. Receiving something so thoughtful and lovingly prepared made it clear that she was treated like more than just an animal—Wasatch Family Pet gave her the same tenderness she knew from us at home. I am profoundly grateful for the compassion they showed and for helping me grieve without having to worry about her arrangements. Their kindness made an unbearable time a little less heavy. I will never forget the way they cared for Riot.

Watch family pet services has been absolutely amazing to work with on the loss of my fur babies. I lost one 8 months ago and one on October 5th. They performed the crematory services on both of them and I am so pleased with the quality of all of the products that I ordered, and the customer service was wonderful! Scott and Jess were amazing to work with and I couldn't be more pleased with the entire process!! I'd give 10 stars but 5 is the maximum allowed!
