I tried to give this spot a try. I only got a pedicure. The nail tech was rushing the pedicure, she was careless with the drill and cut my nails down way too short, to the very end of my nail bed. One of my toenail broke which is understandable but she cut both of my nails too short. The tech asked me if I was afraid of my toes because I kept moving around, I told her she was hurting me with the file and also the drill. It’s too bad because I wanted to support a small business but I won’t be coming back. Looks like more people come in for full sets but I can’t comment on that.

Always love my time here. The ladies are friendly and it's always a good vibe. Ymani does my nails and they are always exactly how I want them. Sharnalee does my pedicure and they come out great as well. I love this place. Very talented women.

My nails are amazing…I love my nail techs. I would come here everyday if I could just to hang out and chat. My nails last over 5 weeks and my designs and acrylic stay in tact so long that I was hesitant to even take this set off even though they have grown out. I love my nail tech Rodika she is amazing every time I come with a new design she perfected it to the max and I get a lot of compliments for my nails and my nails last Period. Everywhere, I go everybody ask me where I do my nails. I tell them in Mount Vernon I give them the address. I posted on my Instagram. I’ve been coming here for about 5 years. I even left these nail tech and then I came back because, no one else does my Nails as good as they do. They’re the best in Mount Vernon anywhere I go there’s always a lot of compliments love this place Warm And Cozy for sure.

Excellent is what I will always say about WarmandCozy! The service quality and talent of the team is always phenomenal! If you want trending and beautiful nails; come visit them you will be welcomed with a warm and cozy smile; truthfully! Mind you I am commuting from the Bronx and it's worth ✨️ the time as opposed to somewhere closer to my residence. Keep being the humble Queens that you all are. Peace and Blessings!

I ended up at this shop on a whim. I need to get my nails done and most of the shops in Pelham only do powered dip and I wanted some acrylics. I called up nice lady picked up and said I could come in and I was there in 15 mins. Really nice people completely black owned which I loved ! I think the shop is a mother daughter duo which was also super cute! Process it’s a little different though but the end result was way better than I expected! 1st a young lady prepped and shaped my nails 2nd the acrylics was applied buy another person and 3rd more shaping styling and polishing by another person. Seems like a long process however totally worth it!!! Definitely will visit again ! Thanks ladies!
