We have gotten 2 vans from Wag'n Tails for our mobile grooming business in Georgia and we have been very pleased. THe vans work great and ordering and delivery was super convenient! Their vans are top notch quality (Ram Promaster 2500) and their conversions are constructed with high level expertise. Highly recommend!

Our new van experience was so smooth from start to finish. Wag’n Tails made the process easy and painless. The build is quality and solid. The exterior wrap is outstanding and Jeremy in the graphic design department offered amazing suggestions that helped us really deliver our brand image. I absolutely love my van, layout is super smooth and even for getting a smaller van (we went with the Pet Pro+), it has plenty of storage and room to do everything. The graphics turned out perfect. Overall very happy with the purchase.

We have been customers for over ten years and have purchased four units from them. Our first two vans were fantastic and we ran then both for four years before trading them in for new units. Our last two units, a van and a trailer, have been extremely disappointing. Two months ago, I ordered replacement graphics and still have not seen them! Repeated calls have been answered with weak excuses and claims of already mailing them. The salon modifications in both new units are falling apart with screws backing out daily or failing because they were secured into thin aluminum framing than cannot hold up to the vibrations of driving. The furnace units in both new units are completely unreliable, often shutting off in the middle of the night resulting in freezing damage. I have replaced the shower valve and pump pressure switches in both units multiple times due to the failure of the furnaces. The clean power unit performs randomly. We start the morning with power levels between 60 to 100 % following the same procedure every day. We never know till the morning if we have the power to complete the day. Today, an entire wall of the salon conversion fell apart, dropping the
