Had a mix-up on which puppy I was getting, but ultimately it worked out and I couldn't be happier! I felt so bad for the employees who stayed late just to ensure my daughter and I went home with the right puppy. The staff at this location possess a level of genuine care and patience that is rare to find these days. The assistant manager went above and beyond to make sure everything worked out for us. If I could give them a score on customer service, they would score a perfect 10/10! Bentley is already spoiled rotten and seems to be adjusting perfectly to our family. Thank you to the staff at Waggles!

We had such an amazing experience with Aisha at Waggles. We went in for appointment to meet a saint Bernard puppy and we feel in love. We have actually been looking for a saint Bernard for a few months. We had given up hope finding one close, we thought we were going to have to fly to another state to get one. Then a friend told us about Waggles. We are so thankful and grateful now we have a new family member that we all adore.

We have purchased 2 puppies from waggles, a mini bernedoodle was named Lucille, now named Mabel. She was my birthday present, and a Yorkie for my mom, his name is Benji. Greatest experience I’ve had! Nick was even able to help us on the price of the Yorkie puppy since we’ve bought from waggles before! Now we are just waiting to hear back from waggles to add a playmate for Mabel. We are on the wait list and hoping to hear back soon for the breed we are looking for. I could not recommend a better place to find your furry friends! Waggles is the only place we will be going to from now on!

Animal loving people from the start! Kim helped us so much by setting us up with Aisha to take care of our new 4-month old baby due to a previous engagement out-of-town. We love Aisha!!! These people absolutely love animals and care about them!

We stopped in just to look and had no intention of buying a puppy… but after playing with a few of them, we completely fell in love with one. We ran home to grab my wallet, came back, and made her part of our family. From start to finish, the entire team was absolutely amazing. You can truly see how passionate they are about the animals — not just ours, but every single puppy there. They took their time, answered our questions, and made the whole experience feel special instead of transactional. Never once did we feel pressured. We also had an unexpected situation come up, and Amber and the team were incredibly supportive through it all. Their care and compassion really stood out. We even brought our baby back in to visit, and once again, the love they showed her did not go unnoticed. We’re so grateful for such a positive experience and for a team that genuinely cares about what they do. Highly recommend!
