We had very positive experiences here with our dog until about a year ago. We adopted another dog and we were told that there were some behavior issues. The staff member who conveyed this was very cold and judgmental in tone. That was unusual as staff have always been great. We were told to "correct her behavior" which would be difficult as we never witnessed the behavior at home She was adjusting well to our new dog. After a second scolding from that staff member, we decided to no longer continue using their service. Our dog was going only one day a week and that fact may have influenced their interest in working with her on behavior issues.

If I could submit negative stars… I would…. We are getting construction done at our house and we couldn’t keep our dog at home while we were at work safely while they’re redoing our house. We followed the rules submitting the right information in regards to her shots and dog situation. We did the in person test and she was slightly anxious. Very understandable due to the unfamiliar territory for my dog. The owner and us witnessed her jumping at the fence during the in person assessment and they said that was perfectly fine. We just dropped her off today and told them to give us a call if there’s any issues. Less than 10 minutes and we get a phone call of our dog under distress and we need to Immediately pick her up (half day trial. Upon our arrival, Not only that they lied to us, she lost 2 nails and had a bloody paw pad. None of the workers would explain what happened and now I wasted time, trusting someone to watch our dog. I’m out $200 dollars and an injured dog. We didn’t want to go the Rover route Because we are strong advocates for small businesses, but this is a primary reason why you should seek somewhere else for dog care.

Our beloved dog, Cookie, has had many overnight stays at Wag on Inn. She has also gone to daycare many times. She loves coming there so much that we just have to say "friends?" to her and she knows where she's heading. By the time she gets there, she is shaking with excitement. She runs inside and tries to jump over the front gate to get to her pals. All of the staff treat her like she's their own dog, even taking her to our vet twice during one visit when she wasn't feeling well. We are so happy to have this wonderful place for Cookie. It makes us feel less bad about leaving her behind when we travel. Thank you 😊

Very difficult. They accommodate always making it seem as if it’s a favor. But we’re paying customers. They’re going to say it was because I was missing the worm test and they took my dog anyways. But now I go back with everything up to date and they suddenly ask for an assessment test. When my dog was in the group two times already. They make it very hard for absolutely no reason, so it’s probably because we’re not from Akron. BUT we have a LOT of friends and family here.

I love this place, but most importantly, so does my dog! The staff are fantastic, and the dog play area is just what my doggo needs during the day when I'm traveling and in the area for work. Thank you, Wag On Inn, for being so accommodating and awesome! You've earned Gracie Anne's seal of approval! Attached photos are after a day at Wag On Inn back at the hotel and a non sleeping, non related photo to show off her cuteness!
