Wag N' Wash Rochester Natural Pet Food & Grooming

Unprofessional, disorganized, and complicit in a total circus. I am deeply disappointed in how this store managed the logistics of the hosting event today. I called the store specifically this morning to confirm the adoption event details because Wag 'N Wash had absolutely nothing posted on their website or social media channels about it. The employee who answered the phone barely even knew the event was happening and had to step away to confirm it. I was explicitly instructed by staff not to arrive until the official start time of 1:00 PM. Following their instructions, I arrived at 12:50 PM, only to find out the hosting rescue had already adopted out almost every single dog before the event's public start time. By 1:05 PM, the entire thing was cleared out. Multiple families who drove long distances were left standing in the store completely blindsided and angry. If Wag 'N Wash is going to partner with outside rescues, they need to actually coordinate with them, ensure accurate information is given to paying customers over the phone, and not allow vendors to run chaotic, disorganized cash-grabs that reflect terribly on the store's reputation. Hopefully, posting these will warn

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. They have a wonderful selection of every possible thing your pet could need. But most importantly, excellent staff and the most wonderful, caring owners; your babies couldn't be in better hands. Shout out to Lisa and Ravin for talking care of my baby today. Thank you 💙 I will never go anywhere else.

What a great store! The Self Wash is such a great way to clean up your dog. So much easier than the bath tub at home. Everything at your finger tips and so easy to use. And the Staff is so friendly and helpful. I plan on using this whenever my dog needs a bath!

I bring my dog Petey here to be groomed and they take the best care of him. Lisa was amazing at our last grooming. He comes home happy and looking amazing. He even seems excited to go into the store witch has not been the case when going to other groomers. They do a great job on his nails not leaving them at all rough. We will continue to go to Wag N'Wash for our grooming. This is also a great place to look out for deals. The BOGO deals can't be beat.

First time experience today for my bichon-poo . From the time we walked in we were greeted with smiles and amazing customer service .very inviting and welcoming. Check in was a breeze the groomer got started with coco right away he was very gentle. I was given an estimated time of when she would be done and assured I would receive a text when she was finished coco was finished quicker than expected. Upon arriving again to pick my furbaby up we were greeted again with that same pleasant energy! Check out was quick as well. Then it was off to see the reveal of coco she looked amazing! You Wu was coco groomer and he did a wonderful job with coco. I REALLY LOVED HER NEW LOOK. Me and coco will be returning again! Very reasonable pricing . All The staff at the Rochester location have amazing customer service !! I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE I RECEIVED!!
