Rockville is in Maryland, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. Getting around Rockville is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Maryland's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

Good variety of products. Free parking. Friendly service. Excellent grooming when Ingrid was there. Grooming price went up! Just “ok” now. Closest pet store to my home. Good stores in that shopping center.

Unfortunately, there is still no dog wash available and the location is said to be closing in early December. The good news is, the staff was chill and informative, and the entire store has been marked down to 50% off. Needless to say, I shamelessly stocked up on some treats for my dog before leaving. I just wish this info was readily available online. According to a previous review, it seemed like the dog wash was available.

Took my pet for wash and grooming. The team immediately identified my dogs flea issue. Provided the proper treatment and administered the correct way on how to apply the flea prevention product for future reference. My pet is happy and comfortable. Thank you!!!

This has been my go to spot for my cat food for almost 10 years. Originally "Whole Pet Central" then "Loyal Companion" so i was thrilled when this store was saved from going out of business to become Wag N' Wash but was totally disappointed when i walked in for the first time. The cat section was pretty pitiful and was told corporate didn't even want a cat section at all in that store. Really feeling a void in the community for a good local pet store to buy cat food.

Love the new Wag N' Wash on Gude Drive (where the previous Loyal Companion resided). Here, you'll find an ample selection of quality food for your dog and/or cat, as well as great choices in toys, snacks, treats, grooming supplies, bday biscuits, leashes, brushes, collars, tags, and so much more. You'll also be happy to see some very friendly and familiar faces. Please stop by and check out the store. Say hello to Jade, Gerald, and Olga. Soon, they'll also have available a handy station where you can wash your pet, or if you rather have someone else take care of that, grooming services are forthcoming.
