My dog has some spine issues and Alyssa was wonderful with her grooming. So a compassionate, gentle and careful. I would give her 10 stars if I could!

They carry the brand of dog food I use. The self serve pet wash is nice. The shampoos they offer are a little less than desirable. Just bring your own. Everything else is great. Towels, aprons, and a really nice blow dryer.

Walked into Wag N Wash Beverly a couple months ago on a total whim because I desperately needed a nail trim for my senior basset (hound parents KNOW how those nails are) - and I’m so glad I did. They did an incredible job right off the bat. We were so impressed that we ended up switching our mini Aussie and our basset hound over from our previous groomer. The team really listens to what you want and actually delivers, which feels rare. On top of that, their pricing is seriously so good for the quality you get. Couldn’t recommend them more.

Wag N' Wash in Beverly was a very clean and organized pet store. They had friendly staff who provided excellent customer service! Great variety of dried and canned dog food brands that are not sold in the mainstream pet stores like Petsmart or Petco. They had Nutri Source and other healthier dog food brands without the fillers and/or are grain free. Pork Chop's kibble was even on sale that week! I am not a cat person 🐱; however there was a variety of dried cat food brands available and those canned kitty food from the TV ads. Wag N' Wash also had a great selection of toys, treats, vitamins, harnesses, cleaning products, cat litter, and several fridges of fresh dog food and a few fresh cat food! Grooming salon is by appts only. They even have a self service dog wash station to help your dirty puppers be extra clean for the holidays! 🐕🛁 Pork Chop approves with 4 PAWS (reluctantly but his owners are very happy)! 🐾

Wag N' Wash took over this location, and I was a bit nervous about bringing the pups here for grooming for the first time since the changeover. We were so happy it was actually a better experience. The dogs were greeted when we walked in the door, and both were taken in right away. Service was fast, and I received feedback from the groomer on how well they did. They well deserved their treat from the large bakery cookie selection. We will spread the word and will definitely be back.
