The staff was amazing! They took such good care of my three dogs when we were in town. My Belgian Malinois needed special care and they made sure my golden retriever and mini schnauzer were in the same schedule as him to not feel left out. I lived being able to check on them with the webcam. If we are in need of boarding in or near Chicago again we will definitely use them. We’ve had some not so great experiences so knowing my dogs were happy to be there and that I could see them made a huge difference. Thank you for taking care of my babies!

Our pup Poppi visited for the weekend and to say amazing would be an understatement. She did all day play one day and then a private room with afternoon play another. The staff is extremely attentive, they called to give me a personalized update about how she was doing without me asking at all. Also, they send images of her through email while she was there. They have wagcams that allow you to stream directly to your pet from the online portal. Front staff guest was wonderful, the young man Izzy was super attentive, and everyone else the same. They gave her treats when she was nervous and refilled her water when she knocked it over in her private room. 20/10 recommend. This place is BEYOND GREAT.

We were welcomed by such a kind and caring team! I could tell they are very organized and are very attentive to your doggos. They have a livestream you can watch during the day. They are also happy to give you updates whenever you ask for them over the phone. Highly recommend. Will continue to bring my lil pup here for daycare :)

Best experience ever! My dogs literally didn’t want to leave 🐾 Happiness was clearly reported by both Petey and Princess—my two French Bulldogs (and you know how they can be!). The roommate discount was also a huge help with gas prices being what they are right now. I have to say… thank you to Dog Hotel on Halsted for the horrible experience that pushed me to check out the West Loop location—because WOW. Talk about apples and oranges, night and day, moon and sun. The staff here are pleasant, upbeat, and truly knowledgeable. The reservation team is on top of everything. I’m already looking forward to visiting the new O’Hare location—I hear it was built from the ground up! I’ve got a new Frenchie arriving any day now, and I can’t wait to introduce her to this amazing team. Did I say wonderful? Because—WONDERFUL again!!! You have to experience this place.

Luisa M. and Mario B. were so helpful and nice to explain all the services here for dogs. There are no Cat hotel spaces or Cat Grooming. But they have large individual hotel room rooms going at about $85 a night and medium size rooms for $75 a night and small room rooms at $70 a night. Private suites $125 a night and $110 a night for a deluxe suite. Private and Deluxe suites allow for a TV and cameras so you can access watching your dog 24 seven. You can enjoy keeping your dog safe here and socialized if needed in the group (2 groups) where there’s one for dogs 35 pounds in underwear and another group for over 35 pounds. They also have dog grooming services and details services that you can pay extra for. There are three locations for the wag hotels at the West Loop, Lincoln Park, and O’Hare. There’s no outdoor access or social space so it’s safe for the dogs where they can’t run away or jump a fence.
