We were unsure of what to expect when we booked our Pup’s stay as this was a vacation getaway and out of our local area. Everything went smoothly from scheduling, to extending our stay a day. It was great knowing he was a few miles away from our own hotel, too! The drop off and pickup were easy, location very convenient, and we very much appreciated the cost for how great the service was! Our Pup was SO happy! We appreciated the updates throughout his stay and he came home so happy and appropriately worn out from all the fun he had! We’ll definitely come when in the area again!!

It was my 4 kiddos first time visiting and first impression; lobby was big and clean. I got greeted immediately. I love the App as it allows you to see your dogs playing throughout the day. The team understood my request for my pets needs, specially my old 14 year Maltese. I also requested a bath for two of them and when I picked up, they smelled great and felt super soft. Over all I liked the experience and team friendliness. I also love how late you can actually pick up and that staff is there at all times. The only reason I have a 4 is because at pick up the team member didn’t really know much on how my big Pit did at day care. He seemed confused and was sharing information that seemed to go along more with my Maltese. Honestly this place so far is 5/5 but it would be niece to get a better report on how my babies did during play time.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I absolutely love WAGS Hotel! From the moment you walk through the door, the energy is incredible. The dogs are happy, the environment is welcoming, and honestly, it makes me want to go in and play with all the puppies every time I’m there! I’ve delivered to WAGS many times on my Amazon route, so I’ve always been familiar with the facility and staff, but this was my first experience as a customer. I can honestly say I was beyond impressed. Savannah at the front desk is amazing, and every staff member I’ve encountered has been friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. It’s so refreshing when you explain exactly what you want and need, and the team not only listens but delivers beyond your expectations. A special thank you to Vanessa, Coco Chanel’s groomer. She did an absolutely wonderful job! Coco Chanel looked adorable, and Vanessa understood exactly what I wanted. Her skill, attention to detail, and care were exceptional. I truly appreciate professionals who take pride in their work. I’ve been searching for a place like WAGS for a long time, and I’m so grateful I found it. They offer everything I need for Coco Chanel, and now I’m even planning to bring my cats so th

Okay this staff made prom night for the doggos a blast! These pics are so cute! Most importantly, the staff is so kind, incredibly professional, and my dog loves going to daycare and playing with his friends. Pros: staff’s patience, attention to detail, kindness. The play yard, private rooms, and lobby area are always tidy. Shoutout to everyone there especially Devion, Emily, Raya, the rest of the front desk staff, Manny and Andrew. Great space for the dogs to be safe and play happy. -Z

Great experience! Our puppy “Zoey” was well taken cared of. She made lots of friends while there. They send us a picture and updates everyday. When we picked her us they also gave a very detailed report of how she behaved and how she did during her stay. I wasn’t expecting that, but they kept a log everyday, plus she came out with a very cute orange bandana around her neck. Very cute. Great staff and very caring. Will do it again next time we’re down south for sure.
