We just did our 2nd day care for our 3 pugs. Our boys are not social, never been boarded outside stays at the vet. We are trying to work them up to an extended stay in November while we travel to CA. They are getting better so far, each stay gets longer. The staff at Wag is very friendly and caring with the kiddos. Love the video option, we can check in anytime during the day and see them getting more settled. It has been tough, but the Wag team is helping ease the anxiety!

Very disappointed in Wag Hotels! I took my 16 month old Golden Retriever to stay for 5 days. I put in him a very nice “suite” that I thought he would have some special attention. Because he has not been neutered yet he was “quarantined “ from being around the other dogs. I understand your policy on dogs still in tact but each time I checked the video camera, which was many times a day and night, I never saw him out of the “suite”. I left his elevated food container for him and one day there were 2 of the Wag containers on the floor with food scattered all over the floor. He slept by the door the first two nights and finally got on the bed for the next three nights. Part of the “deal” with the “suite” accommodations was a bath, nail trim, blow dry on the last day. That didn’t happen either. I felt like my boy had just been neglected. He is my 4th Golden Retriever and I have never had to board any of my dogs but my friend who usually keeps him was unavailable. So I researched places and found Wag Hotels and read all the reviews and thought I would give it a try. Well needless to say I will never board him again and especially at this Wag Hotel.Again, very disappointed with your comp

I had planned on using Wag Hotels consistently to provide dog care for my dog while I was at work. They are able to watch him while I am working crazy hours. I was super excited. There is an overwhelming smell of dog urine when walking in. Also they forgot to feed my dog his dinner on our second visit and returned his food container back to me full. He was suppose to be fed at 6pm and I picked him up 10:15pm and he had no food. I just got a sorry but no one followed up with me. The cameras were an issue from day one and only after I called multiple times, did someone finally figure out the problem. The manager is great but the staff don’t seem to have it together. My dog was very scared when I brought him there and couldn’t get out the door fast enough. It makes me sad that this didn’t work out. I had used them before for my other dog and thought they were great.

Momo always comes home happy and tired! Amazing staffs and you can feel they truly love your pets. Facility is always clean and well maintained. Staff members would provide daily picture of your pup to help create great memories. Love their monthly day play package, best value. Highly recommend!

I'm very happy! My dogs played well with the other dogs. Very friendly staff. Love that they are open 24/7, so no matter how early or late your flight is, you can drop off your pups! I've used them several times & it's been amazing!!
