About Wag Club Dogodog Grooming

Boutique Dog Salon

Located at 32 Joralemon St, Brooklyn Heights, NY 11201, Wag Club Dogodog Grooming operates as a pet groomer serving Brooklyn Heights in New York. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it.

In Brooklyn Heights, price depends on breed, size, coat condition and temperament: small short-coated dogs cost least, while doodles, poodles and double-coated breeds take longer and cost more, and matting adds a dematting fee. Ask whether the groomer is certified, how dogs are dried (cage dryers versus hand drying), whether rabies vaccination proof is required in New York, and how long your pet will stay. Most dogs need a groom every four to eight weeks. Saturdays and the weeks before holidays book up first, so schedule ahead and check the listing for hours, phone number and Google rating.

The business lists hours on 6 days of the week. On most of those days it is open 9 am–3 pm. Note that it does not open on Sunday. As with most places, expect changes around holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. You can reach Wag Club Dogodog Grooming at (347) 248-9997; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions. Its website is wagclubny.com, where you may find menus, price lists or booking options.

Brooklyn Heights is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. Traffic in Brooklyn Heights peaks on weekday mornings and afternoons, so allow extra time then. Based on my experience, the salon appears to operate on an overbooked schedule, which I feel results in rushed grooms. In my opinion, the emphasis seems to be on fitting in as many appointments as possible rather than prioritizing each dog's comfort and individual care.

Marta and her team are the best! The team is extremely professional and experienced with pet and show grooms. I have no worries when I drop my dog off and know she’ll look amazing at pick up.

My dogs love being groomed here! Not only do they walk up the steps and wait by the door when we pass the entrance, they are always super happy when I drop them off. And mine are Velcro dogs!! They are so fluffy and smell so good after they’re groomed, too. I thoroughly recommend Wag Club groomers!

I am heartbroken and furious with Wag Club. I took my 6 month old puppy to Wag Club and asked for a puppy cut trim. We told them him keeping his long hair was very important to us. When I went to pick him up I saw that they shaved his entire body and head. My confident dog is now so sad. All this for $150. Don't get fooled by the awards in the window - this is a cheap barber with a razor parading as a groomer. Beware fellow Brooklyn dog owners!

Wonderful groomers! They bathed and groomed our Pomsky beautifully and have the expert touch to put the dogs at ease. It was a combined grooming session and play date as our dog met and played with the other dogs in the grooming area. Dogs that come here are certain to have a lot of fun, be well cared for and leave looking like rock stars ⭐️
