Brooklyn is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. Getting around Brooklyn is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across New York's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

We did group dog training classes and apparently old humans can learn some new tricks! Jen did an amazing job of breaking down techniques, giving tips specific to our dog’s breed, and answering our many questions & scenarios. Wag Club’s classes were positive, patient, and helpful!

Wag Club is the best. The people are nice, When i email, they are super responsive. My dog luvs the folks there. He even luvs the groomer. My dog has done day trips and overnights. He has never had an issie. Wag is super flexible in taking my dog from grooming to the daycare too (about 1-2 blocks apart). I highly recommend.

First of all, Daisy was NOT the dog that went there. It was a completely different dog. What actually happened is that you put a muzzle on our dog and caused injuries, and then claimed you “don’t know anything about it.” Are you seriously saying you don’t know what you yourselves did? I wasn’t even planning to leave another comment, but after seeing your response full of insults just because I left a one-star review, you’ve made it impossible to stay silent. The reason I didn’t mention my dog’s name in the first place was because, based on your behavior, I was genuinely worried that you might try to harass my dog if you happened to see her outside. Unfortunately, your response proves that my concern was justified. I have absolutely no intention of ever coming back here. But people should know exactly how you treat customers and their pets, and your response here says everything anyone needs to know about this business. Place is extremely dirty, and poorly maintained with dogs just roaming around dirty fur. With this kind of attitude, I honestly don’t see this place lasting very long. Good luck.

We’ve been bringing our dog Louie here since he was a tiny puppy (almost seven years now!) and I truly cannot say enough good things about this place. We’ve used almost every service they offer: daycare, boarding, in-home dog sitting, grooming, and even the training classes they offer in partnership with Dogboy NYC and every single experience has been beyond exceptional! What makes them so special is how deeply trustworthy they are. They care about my dog like he’s their own and you can feel it every time you walk through the door. John (the owner) is incredible and his staff is just as amazing — special shoutout to Molly, Anne, and Laura, who have loved and supported my dog for years. Finding people you can genuinely trust with your pet especially when you’re not around is incredibly rare and I feel so lucky we found them so many years ago. They’ve been there for us through every stage of Louie’s life and we truly love them. If you’re looking for a full-service daycare or boarding place you can rely on completely, this is it. ❤️🐾

Amazing experience with Jenny during the summer Basic Manners classes. Our puppy Juno is a high energy, easily distracted but very smart and playful puppy and the progress she exhibited from class 1 to 5 was amazing and fun to watch! The sessions help teach the puppies just as much as their humans. Jenny is very clear with her instruction and Brooklyn's own Cesar Milan! We will definitely utilize Jenny and Rob for individual training and other fun classes in the future!
