Casey and Kim were both exceptional! Casey gave me the best facial and Kim gave me a massage that literally levitated me out of my body!!! I’m pretty sure I left my body. It was the most amazing massage I’ve had in my life! Thank you so much ladies for treating me so amazing on my pamper day. I would recommend it to anyone and everyone!!

I have tried twice. Once my husband came in to book for a couples massage for our anniversary in October and he said the front desk rep was so rude he didn't want to proceed. And today I was like I will try again. I book a Brazilian and was made to pay the full price online. Only to be contacted 15 minutes later that the estetician doesn't work evenings and there was an error with booking. They had no available that matched up with my schedule because I work during the day and the estetician is only available in the mornings. The new front desk rep said sorry no refunds. I have had a tiring experience with this company. Don't charge someone unless you know you can perform the service and if there is an error, treat your customers fairly and refund them. It's really that simple.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I treated myself to a birthday spa day at VLuxe Spa, and it was one of the best gifts I’ve ever given myself. From the moment I walked in, everything felt warm, luxurious, and inviting. The scent, cozy atmosphere, rooftop space, cucumber water, strawberry mimosas, honey-glazed croissants, and other delicious treats made the experience feel extra special. I’ve had plenty of facials and massages over the years, and Jayda and Talvin were simply outstanding. Jayda gave me one of the best facials I’ve ever had, and the products left my skin feeling amazing without any irritation. Talvin’s massage was incredible, with the perfect amount of pressure and attention to my comfort throughout the session. A special thank you to Rasheeda, whose warm welcome set the tone from the moment I arrived. Everyone was professional, attentive, and genuinely cared about making the experience memorable. I was so impressed that I plan to cancel my membership elsewhere and join VLuxe Spa instead. This birthday gift to myself was worth every penny, and I can’t wait to come back.

This spa is amazing! I treated my boyfriend to a massage for his birthday and he absolutely loved it... his massage therapist was Kimberly and he said this was one of the best massages he has had in a long time (he said he fell asleep multiple times). The vibe of the spa is immaculate and very relaxing. We were greeted by Dr. Landers when we got off of the elevator and she was very welcoming, accommodating and personable. We will definitely be back and thank you for a great experience.

I had a great experience at Vluxe Signature Spa. I was greeted by Malayjia who took great care showing me around and offering my welcome beverage. Kimberly was my service provider and she did an excellent job. I’m pretty sure I snored multiple times during my time with her. She was nice and courteous. Malayjia guided me to their newest addition - the rooftop igloo where I stayed and few more minutes to decompress before facing ‘reality’ again after my amazing visit. Add this to your next self care day. You’re worth it!
