Dr. Kwon has been the doctor for both of my cats, and I’m really grateful for the care she gives them. She is always patient with my many questions and takes the time to explain things clearly and thoroughly. I never feel rushed, and she makes sure I understand what’s going on and that all of my concerns are addressed. She is caring, thoughtful, and attentive to both my cats and my concerns. I really appreciate how she takes the time to answer my questions and explain things in a way that is easy to understand. I’m very happy to have her as the vet for both of my cats.

Veterinaire has been easy to work with, gentle, and caring. I've noticed that the staff remember each pet individually by name, which is rare in vets with a lot of patients. Very clean as well. They were very soothing and patient with my stressed-out cat, and me who was also a little stressed-out lol. I'd recommend them to anyone including long-time pet owners and first time pet-owners!

Everyone in this office was so sweet to my mini schnauzer Sophie. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and quickly came up with a plan of action that made me feel confident. They took their time with her and explained everything so I could understand what was going on. We’ve been dismissed at other vets for some of Sophie’s more niche issues, but this team took our concerns seriously and addressed them all. I’m super pleased with our visit and excited that we found Sophie a great veterinary team! *Parking in the area can be a challenge so I recommend arriving 20-30 minutes early in case you’re circling for a while. The front desk was very understanding when I called to explain we were struggling to find a spot.

I researched several vet clinics in our area online, and multiple people recommended VPC for cats. I started going here since a year ago and have been here several times. They have separate entrance for dogs and cats to ensure pet’s comfort. All my visits are wonderful. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful, and they always greet me and my pet so nicely. They are also very responsive through phone and email, which I greatly appreciated. For the Doctors, my pet has been seen by Dr Kwon and Dr Durga in the past. They are all amazing doctors. Very professional and caring for my cat. The vet assistants are also great and helpful. They would answer my questions patiently and handle my pet with care. The vet charges are also fair and reasonable in my perspective. The vets won’t over-treat my cat, nor promote expensive items. Reschedule and cancellation policy is flexible. All in all, I found my past experience at this place very positive. I hope they will keep up the good work, and I will continue going there.

I brought my sweet baby Steve here for a second opinion, given the first opinion was that Steve is very sick and should be put down. Well, turns out the first opinion was correct so we ended up Euthanizing Steve yesterday in the care of Veterinaire. Despite it being absolutely devastating, the staff and doctor were wonderful. They found out my sweet boy was a Pizza Cat and made his little bandaid to look like pepperoni on pizza. They cried with me, showed so much love and compassion. Thank you for taking such wonderful care of us.
