Awful experience. Not only did the employees just not listen when asked to just give my dog his rabbits vaccine they also threw on another shot that they where going to make me pay for luckly it was cought, but when the time actully came my dog visibly stressed becouse they refuse to let you by your pet when they are getting their shots despite me being by my dog every single time he gets shot sence he was a baby was struggling trying to get away they said they couldent do it anyways and insisted like 90 times transferring us to a full time vet. Never again.

If I could give 0 stars I would. When I asked the the vet some questions about my dogs health she looked at me stupid and told me I should take my dog to my regular vet. I don't have a regular vet that's why I vet with them. They closed down during COVID. I was told to check in up front bc they were about to close. I waited in line for the Cashiers. When I got up front I was told to check in at a podium. The cashier showed me where that podium was and said" oh she must not be here right now". She then brought me to get a bark muzzle for my dog. She checked me out right away, I put the muzzle on my dog and came right back in. The girl was now standing at the podium and told me it was after 5 (just by a cpl mins) and the vet was gone now and they were closed and now my dog can't get her rabies shots. This is crazy and these people probably shouldn't be working with animals or people. 🤷♀️ As you can see. I checked in on time and was in fact there.
