The pups had visit for their first vaccinations, and momma dog had her mastitis rechecked. The entire team was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. They treated the boys like little kings and made sure Mom felt comfortable and loved throughout her visit. We couldn’t have asked for better care! 🐾💙

I rated as high as a 3 because there were some great people there and compassionate care. The staff loved our little girl while she was there since she had to be hospitalized she was there for several hours and they even took a picture to send home. My concerns are, several over the counter items got a prescription label slapped on them and hugely marked up. I’m in the dental field so I understand the markup to run the business, but 300% seems pretty excessive and predatory for people in a very stressful situation. We had 3 different items that were treated this way. Nutrical is $18 on Amazon for the exact same thing and we were charged $59.42 for it. Royal Canin GI food twice the price than over the counter. And Prooectalin is $19 OTC and we were charged $70. Those are excessive markups and again, we were already well over $2k for her care and it was a stressful situation both emotionally and financially so I think they could definitely do better. Then to top things off, if you use pet care financing you get charged a 5% processing fee which I realized was charged twice to us upon looking at the line item receipt. This all makes me very Sad because we were in a very urgent situat

…MY CAT DIED…On Thursday 6/25/26 I brought my cat in because he was refusing food and not able to walk much. I was told he has a lump on his neck that we needed to test for leukemia for about right at $600 total in which I said I needed to call my husband to confirm we can afford that and when I told them my husband said yes they said ok well we already drew the blood so it shouldn’t be too long. The first thing that popped in my head is why have they already drew my cats blood without even telling me that they did that? I was trying to trust because I wanted the best for my cat. About 2 hours went by without results, which I am not upset about because there was an animal flat lining so they had their hands pretty full. By the time the doctor came back in he had told me it was an abscess in his neck and his paw and showed me pus that they already started draining then quoted me a price, which I don’t remember the exact amount of but I think it was about $1750. I ended up agreeing to sedation and for them to remove it. My cat had to get stitches, and they gave me gabapentin and nutrical for him. I opted for a payment plan through cherry and I ended up paying $600 in cash and finance

On 06/20/2026 I had to make the hardest and most heart breaking choice to send my Taco over the rainbow bridge due to cancer. The staff here were kind and made the last few moments of my good boys life painless. The staff did not rush me or my fiance while they prepared my boys final moments with us. Today I received a card in the mail, during my grieving I forgot a paw and nose print of my bubbie my boy that I spent almost a full decade with. Today you folks gave me the greatest reminder of why I held on to him and loved my boy unconditionally. Thank you for the card the prints and the memory my Taco didn't have to suffer in his final moments. Thank you from my heart.

The staff and veterinarian were incredibly kind and wonderful, and the facility was very clean. I truly appreciate having an emergency clinic that stays open late to help pets and their owners when they need it most. My only concern was that I felt like several prescriptions were being recommended for our little Edith, and it seemed a bit overwhelming. I understand that businesses need to make money and that emergency visits can be more expensive, but I hope recommendations are always based on what is truly necessary for our pets. Overall, I’m grateful for the care and compassion shown to Edith. Thank you for being there when we needed you.
