Such care and kindness for animals. Very on top of everything. Super compassionate to the pet owners and pets alike.

Used to take my animals in the past here years ago, moved back to the valley and brought my dog for a check up and they tried to tell me all kinds of misleading information. I got a second opinion and never went back.

Used to think this was a good place. Had them do some stuff for one of our cats right before moving out of state. Talked everything over and paid our bill. Then a month after moving we get hit with two bills one for 50 dollars and then the next for over $500. When we try to call the manager is never there. They hit us with this bill say ing it wasn't covered under our, when we had it clearly done before our plan ended. We had been a client for over 7yrs. Just shocking the treatment we are getting. This is actually the first review I have EVER written about anywhere or anything I am not one of those kind of people. I am beyond pissed and frustrated.

My daughters pup sustained a leg injury and they were able to get us in quickly to assess the damage. The vet was friendly, knowledgeable and kind. Pup is doing well now! Absolutely recommend! Thank you!

We have used VCA on and off for years. The last two visits have been to send off our best friends to go over the rainbow bridge. Once 3 years ago, and once again roughly 3 weeks ago. This last time solidified my choice in forever taking any future pets to them. The compassion and kindness they show is immaculate. They keep you very informed so you can make the right decision based on knowledge and overall care for the wellbeing of your pet. The most recent visit was one of the hardest we as a family have ever had to deal with and they knew it. Not even a week after, I received a card in the mail from them with all the employees sending their well wishes..not only that...they added our boys nose print and paw prints. I don't ever think they will truly understand how much that meant to us. We wanted to do it ourselves before his passing but didn't find the time. We focused all of our love onto him instead. I figured they weren't as important as that. I had a lot of regrets and to have that show up in the time it did, made our hearts a little fuller that day. I can't express the enormous amount of gratitude I have for them on one of the hardest days. All of them hold a special place i
