Dr. Flick & Arianna were absolutely wonderful to my Jack tonight. They reassured us, treated him with love & care. His normal vet can’t see him til the 20th, so they were a tremendous help. They explained everything, answered my questions & went above and beyond to make sure he was ok. The young lady at the front desk was wonderful too. The other 2 front desk staff had called in, so she’d been there for a long shift, but still tried to be personable & attentive. I hope we don’t have to use them again, but I’m grateful for them today! 🫶🏻

Very polite, respectful, and helpful staff. The staff really cares. If you have concerns about your pet, I highly recommend this vet emergency center. They were also reasonably priced for after hour emergencies.

The name needs to be changed. This is not an Emergency Center for Evansville and the surrounding area. It runs on Urgent Care hours if that! Our beloved pet had an emergency and was dying. It was 8:10 pm on Saturday. Closed! We had to drive to Louisville for her to be euthanized. It was an agonizing care ride to her while she was bleeding to death. I would have paid ANYTHING for her to have not had to make that car ride and be in pain for that long. Metropolitan in Louisville was wonderful!

Took my cat Wisp here around 11pm after she licked a but of drain cleaner from the sink. Lady on the phone was super helpful and gave me the number for the pet poison hotline where I got a case number and instructions for what to do next. We didnt have to wait long before they took Wisp to the back and let my bf and I sit in a private exam room while we waited. She usually hates the vet but she was surprisingly well behaved with them and seemed pretty comfortable. She even peed in her crate on the way there and they cleaned both her and the crate which was so freaking nice. Everyone was so nice and I felt really comfortable there

Our beloved boy passed away on a Sunday, and we were referred to this location by the after-hours call service at our vet's office. Compassion and kindness were all we experienced from start to finish. Halle at the front desk exhibited true sympathy at our loss, and I felt I could trust her to take our sweet boy, who is now back home with us on the mantle. I see a lot of people complaining about pricing, but the pricing for cremation and an urn were comparable, even reasonable, to past experiences I've had with other pets. Based on our experience, I can unequivocally recommend.
