I’ll just leave this here for people to make their own judgement. Mailroom is never secured and clearly there is theft in the mailroom and management doesn’t care. People have no shame as they tear through people’s packages to inspect if they’re worth stealing and just leave them all torn and scattered.

I have now submitted multiple maintenance requests that have been marked as “completed” even though they were never resolved. My ant issue was marked complete without anyone contacting me, despite my request to schedule an appointment. I also submitted a request regarding broken gym equipment, and that request was also marked as resolved even though the issue has not been fixed and no one reached out. I would really appreciate better communication and for requests to remain open until the issue has actually been addressed or communicated to me directly…

If zero stars were an option, I would give them none. It’s a shame this property is so beautiful because the leasing team is unbelievable. I originally called to ask if my partner and I could tour at 6 PM since we both work later. The initial call with Erin was not very pleasant, as she seemed unhappy about the request, but ultimately said it would be fine. On our way there, our ETA briefly changed from 5:58 PM to 6:12 PM and then back down to 6:03 PM. My partner and I both called over five times trying to get through to let them know. When my partner finally reached someone, Naz told him that arriving before 6:10 PM would be fine, but anything after would not be. He arrived at 6:03 PM after driving over 35 minutes, yet she still denied him a tour and said she never said that. The complete lack of compassion and understanding was extremely disappointing. She also claimed she had a 6:30 PM tour scheduled, despite previously saying they do not offer tours that late. When I asked for her name, instead of acknowledging the situation or showing any understanding, she continued to be snarky about it. This property is located in North Fontana with a beautiful view of the Mountains. There's a large community pool, a gym, a game room, and a lot more fun activities to do. The units have a large living room, kitchen, bedroom(s), and baths. They also have a washer and dryer. The leasing office staff is very nice and helpful. Come and enjoy Vasari.

We are currently searching for a new rental and toured this property. Kiana provided an excellent experience from start to finish. She was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to thoroughly answer all of our questions. Her professionalism and welcoming attitude made a very positive impression on us. Unfortunately, our interaction with India was quite different. We found her demeanor to be discourteous and unprofessional, which significantly impacted our overall perception of the property. This was disappointing, as we had initially felt that this rental community could be a great fit for our needs. First impressions matter when prospective residents are evaluating where to live. We hope management will address these concerns, as positive and respectful interactions are essential to creating a welcoming environment for potential renters. We appreciate Kiana's outstanding customer service and hope future visitors receive the same level of professionalism.
