I bought my first corn snake here a couple of years ago and the staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Since then I have added 4 additional snakes to my collection and love how helpful the staff continues to be, how healthy their animals are and the broad variety of species they carry!!

This store is phenomenal. Over the years I have gotten several pet rats from them. About a year ago, after a two year break from them, I purchased two more rats. The sweetest girls ever. Every time I am in this store someone is cleaning enclosures or feeding and watering the animals. There are NEVER sick or dirty pets from fish to ferrets. And these people actually care what happens to these pets. When I bought my rats they asked me about my enclosure, feeding, you name it. Every staff member seems knowledgeable about the animals that they sell and want to make sure that the person purchasing has the right set up. This past month a mamma rat and babies were dropped off there. I inquired about the mother. They took my name to call when she would be ready to pick up. They kept mamma with babies until they were the appropriate age to wean instead of just trying to make a quick sale. When mamma was ready they gave her to me free of charge. They honestly just want what is best for these guys. Vipets is the best pet store!

Great staff and atmosphere to find a wide range of pets. They treat you right and are very helpful! They are also very supportive to the community. I have been going there for years and have never had a bad experience.

I have been in the fish keeping hobby for over 15 years. There is no place I trust more than this store for all my aquatic necessities. I’m usually greeted with a warm welcome and feel totally comfortable while I browse. It is because of this store that my Wife is now as deeply involved in this hobby as I am! Everything in the pictures below has been sourced from VI Pets. I’ll let the pictures do the talking…. Hanna and her team has been absolutely amazing! Thank you all for EVERYTHING you do, and the advice you give!
