Urban Pooch Training and Fitness Center

I started the LEVELS training classes with my dog Penne earlier this year. Every day, I ask if she wants to go to class, she gets the zoomies and cannot wait to get to the facility. She loves all the trainers; Pamela, Sharon, Marta, Ellie, Olivia, Lyn - she has learned a ton with each one. We also did a fitness 1-on-1 with Rebekah and I was very impressed I cannot recommend them more!

Donnie has been going to Urban Pooch since he was a baby in puppy paw star. He has done agility classes but his favorite is enrichment day care. They do awesome activities, parties and they truly love our pups!!!!

Urban Pooch has been a great experience for me, my husband, and our dog. Everyone is organized, friendly, and the classes are run really well. I’m so glad they were recommended to us. Our agility instructor, Sharon, is wonderful. She has years of experience, and it really shows. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, but what I appreciate most is how she teaches the people as much as the dogs. She has a great sense of humor, is very patient, and makes learning fun. She keeps the class moving so we get a lot accomplished every session and definitely feel like we’re getting our money’s worth. I would highly recommend Urban Pooch and Sharon to anyone looking for agility training.

My wife, our pup Hazel, and I LOVE Urban Pooch. It was our first experience in Chicago with boarding, daycare, and classes and we have been so impressed. Hazel loves her time at Urban Pooch and has especially loved working with Pam on Pooch in Progress and Levels. We recently did the Trick Star classes with Sharon and had a blast. She was engaged and also loved learning and performing haha. She’s a young dog with lots of energy and her trainers have been so patient and kind. Would recommend any class based on what your dog loves. We hope to take many more in the future. Also, they have lots of themed days at daycare and the pictures are so cute!!!

Daycare, training, nail trims and the shop - we’ve loved everything we’ve tried but the best part is always the staff!! We’ve been bringing our dog to Urban Pooch for the enrichment daycare for over a year now. They’re FANTASTIC. Studies show us how important enrichment activities are for dogs. Moose comes home mellow vs anxious and we can tell his manners have been growing from their training days and puzzle days. Plus, he’s much more confident in new situations and walking on new textures. He’s benefited so much from just daycare alone. We also try to bring him in for training too and the classes have been great. And the bonus? The themed photo shoots!
