I had the best experience today with the meet and greet coordinator. He was fantastic. I wish I could remember his name!! I’m very leery of leaving my dogs some place I don’t know the team but after being able to watch my two dogs through the window I can tell they are in a good place. I’m very excited that I found a place that doesn’t use kennels and that there is always someone there to facilitate my pups. Very happy with my experience and I can’t wait for more opportunities to leave my dogs there. Thanks!

We have 2 dogs that go to daycare here, and we absolutely love the people who work with them! They’re always excited to see us and remember every dog’s name as they’re walking in. We even get a special song by one of the women! You can tell they care. We also have one dog that is very borderline on being openly social, and they’ve worked with us to help him not be fearful and teach him how to play nicely. I can’t recommend them enough. While it is pricey for us to send 2 dogs at a time, it’s very much worth it for us. We also did their Levels classes for initial training, and it helped us bond with our dogs while teaching them their basic training as well as other tricks and stunts on agility equipment.

Urban pooch has been wonderful to our little guy, Ash. I would give more than 5 stars if I could!! We use their daycare and boarding services and couldn’t be happier. One of the main reasons Ash loves this place is the minimal crate time (only when eating) when boarding. The rest of the time is open fun time. The staff here is also excellent! Always friendly and helpful. I’ve not had a negative experience in the years that we’ve been here. Would definitely recommend!

We’ve been using Urban Pooch for daycare and boarding for about seven years. We first started going with our older boxer when we moved to the neighborhood, and after she passed, our new boxer has been going since the day she was old enough. She loves it. When I grab her leash in the morning, she knows she’s going to daycare and completely loses her mind with excitement. I can barely get the leash on before she’s pulling me out the door and straight to the building. The staff is always kind and clearly loves the dogs they care for. I have zero complaints and appreciate having a place I trust completely with our girl.

First off I will begin saying I am not one to give reviews, but my wife and I are extremely disappointed. I could give this place 0 stars if it was an option. My experience with Urban Pooch has been nothing short of awful. Every time my wife or I walked into the facility, the smell inside was overwhelming and honestly made me question how often the place is properly cleaned and sanitized. It was quite disgusting and immediately made me worry and second guess about the environment my dog was being kept in. On top of that, the staff we have dealt with were consistently unfriendly, dismissive, and at times downright rude. Any time I tried to ask basic questions or raise concerns, I felt brushed off like I was an inconvenience and should have showed no concern about my dog. Even worse, we have repeatedly witnessed dogs getting into fights while staff stood around or reacted far too slowly. It also seemed that there was noticeable inner mingling with employees that made it clear relationships in the work place should not be allowed, as this seems why some of the focus for the dogs was not there. From what we saw, there was little effort to separate dogs or keep things under control,
