Updawg Pet Hotel & Daycare

I've been taking my dogs to Updawg since October 2025, and every experience we've had has been exceptional. From the moment we walk through the door, the staff greet all three of my dogs by name, which always makes us feel so welcome. I never have to wonder if they're having a good time—they start getting excited as soon as we pull into the parking lot! I have three very high-energy dogs, and they come home every day happy, exhausted, and well cared for. This week, however, Updawg went far beyond what I ever could have expected. My family was displaced by the Old Trails Fire. My dogs were already at daycare when law enforcement told us we needed to evacuate immediately. With everything happening so quickly, I made one phone call to Updawg. They immediately reassured me that my dogs were safe and told me not to worry—they had room to keep them as long as needed. As the fire continued to spread, we realized we'd need to board them for a few days, so we dropped off a bag of food. Throughout the entire ordeal, the Updawg team took incredible care of all three of my dogs. Knowing they were safe, loved, and in such capable hands gave my family one less thing to worry about during an in

My cat had such a wonderful stay at UpDawg! One of the things I appreciated most was that they recognize cats have different needs than dogs and have a dedicated cat boarding area. Her private suite was spotless, spacious, and gave her plenty of room to relax while watching the birds and other animals outside, which she absolutely loved. My cat is very social and genuinely enjoys human interaction, so I was thrilled that the staff took the time to give her lots of attention. I also added on the extra cuddle and treat services, and it was absolutely worth it. Knowing she was getting one-on-one affection and a little extra pampering while I was away gave me so much peace of mind. The entire facility was clean, professional, and clearly run by people who truly care about animals. If you're looking for a place where your cat will be comfortable, well cared for, and treated like family, I highly recommend UpDawg. I'll definitely be boarding my cat there again!

“Highly recommended” We have worked so hard to get Bentley to where he is today, so trusting someone else with his care was a big deal. I was worried a two week stay might undo our progress, but he came home better than ever. The staff here is clearly knowledgeable; they truly understand how to handle these animals, and always respect the way I handle my dog. I trust these people with my pet, who is pretty much my child. If you are looking for a daycare or boarding, this is the place to go.

10 out of 10 for Up Dawg! This was our first time boarding, and leaving my dog for a week was made so much easier by the wonderful staff. Charlie is all I have left since my husband passed away, so I was incredibly nervous to leave him. The girl at the front desk seemed to sense my unease right away. She completely reassured me, promising to send pictures and updates whenever I needed them. The staff took the time to answer all my calls and let me know exactly how he was doing while I was away. When we picked him up, he didn't even want to leave his favorite staff member! We will absolutely be back.

I recently boarded my dog, Penny, at Updawg Pet Hotel for the first time and couldn't have been happier with the experience. The app made scheduling and check in easy and when I handed her over it was obvious the staff genuinely care about the dogs in their care. She normally has some separation anxiety, but when I picked her up, she was relaxed and tired, happy, and clearly well cared for. The facility was clean, communication was excellent, and it gave me real peace of mind knowing my girl was in good hands while I was in Spokane. I will definitely be using Updawg again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy place to board their dog.
