I highly recommend this place, truly the best customer service and hospitality i have experienced in a longgg time. I went there for my birthday on June 28th as a surprise gift from my sister. When I tell you they truly made me feel special, especially the owner, Antonio. He was so sweet and ensured the both of us were well taken care of. He even brought me some birthday balloons once I got out of my session. So glad we ran into him on that particular day. On top of the exceptional customer service from the staff upon arrival, the massage therapist was amazing. She was very professional and made me truly feel comfortable enough to unwind fully. It was my first time getting a professional massage session from this establishment and I can confidently say that I’m not going anywhere else. Unwind is officially my go to place. You should definitely give them a try!

I had an exceptional experience at Unwind Wellness (Navy Yard location) for my 40th birthday celebration. From start to finish, everything was absolute perfection. Chris coordinated all of my reservations and handled every detail seamlessly. They truly did not miss a beat. From the beautifully curated setup to the thoughtful touches—balloons, champagne, mimosas, strawberry lemonade, sparkling water, tea, and an incredible spread of light bites (charcuterie, vegetables, fruit, nuts, and strawberry shortcake)—everything was executed flawlessly. The experience felt incredibly exclusive, almost like I had the entire spa to myself and my guests. Antonio, the owner, greeted us personally and ensured we received white glove treatment from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. I genuinely felt like a queen celebrating such a special milestone. When I walked into the lounge and saw the setup, I was overwhelmed—in the best way. I actually cried. The robes, slippers, added seating, and overall décor were stunning. Every detail felt intentional and elevated. My massage with Brenda was phenomenal. Antonio and his team are AMAZING!! My friend celebrated her 40th birthday party here and his team went ALL out!! They treated with the luxury we deserved!! This place smells good from the outside before you even walk in. I felt relaxed the moment I walked in! We were greeted with a beautifully decorated sitting room overflowing with a delectable spread of a fruit and treats. My 60-minute massage was divine! I had Otelia and she has healing hands! I fell asleep at twice and didn’t want to get up when it was over. The room was peaceful and serene, and the music was the perfect level. I highly recommend this place for all things!! There’s a reason why this place has so many five star reviews!!

Ning Ning is clearly very skilled at what she does. I booked a sports massage last minute the day before my HYROX race, and it was exactly what I needed. From the moment I walked in, the space felt calm and welcoming — the entrance and lounge smelled wonderful with essential oils and a diffuser, and they offered nice touches like chocolates, water, and tea while you wait. After the service, I was hoping to shower and they were very accommodating, providing slippers, a towel, and a robe. I also appreciated that they had Aesop products available. The shower area itself was pretty basic — just a small stall with a bathroom and shower — but it got the job done. My only critique would be that the post-massage amenities are limited. It would be great if there were a larger vanity area or additional facilities like a sauna, steam room, or lockers for belongings. That said, the massage itself was incredible. Ning did a sports massage with assisted stretching that left me feeling loose and ready for race day. The front desk staff were also very friendly, and booking online was quick and easy — especially helpful since I booked the same day. Overall a great experience if you’re looking

Unwind Spa Navy Yard was amazing! We celebrated our Friendsmas here and had a great experience. We booked the private lounge room with finger foods, which was the perfect setup for our group. Antonio and Simon were excellent hosts. The setup was beautiful, and they made sure we had everything we needed. They were truly a whole vibe and added to the fun, relaxed atmosphere. Felix did my massage, and he was the truth. I came in with a stiff lower back, and by the end of the session my posture was noticeably better and my body felt amazing. Highly recommend Unwind Spa Navy Yard!
