My 10 month old puppy loves coming here and playing all day. The staff so friendly and knowledgeable about dogs. They offer so much for him to stay occupied. These are photos from his day that they send you!

I booked a full service bath and added on a de-shed treatment, as I was getting my Husky-Golden retriever groomed solely for the purpose of brushing out his undercoat. I paid $94 without a tip (which I unfortunately added before seeing what he looked like), which is diabolical, considering that he came out of the building still loosing chunks of fur, loosely. The groomer said she spent 30 minutes brushing him, but if I spent 30 minutes brushing his coat, I would have at least gotten the top layer of fur off. I paid extra for a deshedding treatment, pointless in the end, as we had to come home and brush him right away. Attached is a picture of the floor when he shook when we got home, and the chunks of fur that came off just from that one shake. Will not be going back or recommending. **EDIT** After leaving this review, Unleashed reached out to me and explained that the person who performed the initial groom did not have the appropriate level of experience needed for the type of groom. They then offered to re-groom him, free of charge, with the appropriate groomer. When I took him back, they did a wonderful job and exceeded my expectations. The first day my dog Ruby was so nervous and wanted to leave right away. I had signed her up for solo daycare because I didn't know how she would do with full daycare. By the end of the first day though she had played with the big dogs all day and they posted pictures on Facebook which was nice to see how she did. Now whenever we go she's pulling to get into daycare as fast as she can. So I think she would give it a solid review! Also the first day was complimentary which was a nice bonus if you're unsure of how your dog will do in daycare. I will say I wish their additional activities were handled a bit better. Multiple times I've put in my requests in the app but when I drop off it doesn't appear they were noted and I have to repeat what I entered anyway.

This place is reasonably affordable, with flexibility to manage my old and not good with other dogs Chloe (she thinks she’s an alpha, but has literally no teeth behind her bark). And look at the photos when done with grooming! Haha

Love the staff and enjoy the low key atmosphere, but not neglecting professionalism or quality in care! My dog always enjoys her stay, and she is usually shy! So you have to know the staff have done a wonderful job taking care of all of their guests. Plus they always seem to have availability no matter how close you schedule your visit. They are top notch. I'm soo appreciative of all the staff and this business.
