I got so many pictures of my pup and Grammy was super detailed and answered all my questions throughout the day. Kept me informed of whether or not she ate and how often she went to potty etc. I would completely recommend this service. Additionally accommodates for my timeframe were made. She was able to schedule Elena earlier than her usual time. I really appreciated it.

My dog had a wonderful stay while we spent the day at Universal! Booking was quick and easy, and I really appreciated the constant communication throughout the day. She sent plenty of pictures, which gave me so much peace of mind. She also took the time to make sure my dog’s specific needs were met, including keeping him separated from intact females, which I really appreciated. The location was convenient, easy to access, and close to the parks, making drop-off and pick-up a breeze. She was incredibly kind and had such a welcoming, positive vibe from the moment we met. When I picked my dog up, he was happy, tired, and clearly had a fun, fulfilling day… exactly what I was hoping for. I wouldn’t hesitate to book with her again!

No words and we do not know how Grammy did this with our little one. Our dog is difficult never ever stayed in a boarding facility. From the hand off to otr return to the pictures shared daily throughout the day it was so special. We will truly use this facility again

🐾💕 Peanut definitely gives Granny and Universal Dog Care a 5-star rating! 💕🐾 We had an amazing experience with Universal Dog Care in Orlando! While we spent the week enjoying our vacation at Universal Studios, Peanut stayed with Granny, and I couldn't have asked for a better place for her to be. Granny is incredibly kind, caring, and clearly loves every dog she cares for. From the moment we dropped Peanut off, we felt completely at ease knowing she was in such good hands. Throughout her stay, Peanut was well cared for, comfortable, and treated like part of the family. It gave us so much peace of mind to be able to enjoy our vacation without worrying about our fur baby. When we picked Peanut up, she was happy, healthy, and clearly had a wonderful time. If you're looking for a trustworthy, loving, and dependable place to board your dog in Orlando, I highly recommend Universal Dog Care. Thank you, Granny, for taking such great care of Peanut while we made special family memories!
