My experience with everyone I met within the establishment was memorable for sure. The owner (Joe) displayed a enormous amount of knowledge regarding the ins & outs of business, entrepreneurship, visions, and reasonable goals to accomplish. I must say his effort in making the experience great was nothing less than extraordinary. I definitely will be back to have these same services performed on my upcoming fleet.

We sent our Van to UGroom and the owner Joe helped us all the way through the van remodeling process and the work was finished efficiently and on time. Joe has experience with mobile grooming so he knows all the details and features that a good groomer needs to work in the remodeled van. We are very glad our van is finished in a great condition and we chose the electric battery version for long term. Joe explained well and his team is also working seamlessly with us. Appreciate the business and support with him. Looking forward to expanding our business and work with him more in the future.

I have been in the grooming industry since 1991. I remember when they first mobile vans hit the streets always wanted one. We have a van and a grooming trailer that was made by Joe and the guys at U groom conversions they stand behind him they last their professional looking and the thing that you’re gonna love the most you’re gonna deal with Joe directly. This isn’t some major manufacturing thing where they just pump these things out it’s one on one interactions and you will be happy with your purchase. He stands behind them! If there’s a problem he’ll fix it. I’ll give him five stars because they deserve it.

Joe and his team are awesome. This is the first time I was getting a pet grooming van and had zero knowledge on how everything works. Joe not only helped me navigate everything but also got me the van that was beyond my expectations. If you are looking for exceptional service and flawless product then I recommend them for sure. I will work with them again in the future as I start and grow my grooming business.

We bought a new mobile grooming trailer from Joe and Rosa at Gryphon Trailers and it was the most wonderful experience, both Joe and Rosa were very accommodating and friendly to work with! We will definitely spread the word to others and be repeat customers
