7/10/26 5pm first time here and respectfully, i won’t be back. the blonde girl working tonight was weirdly passive aggressive. i was also told over the phone $13-16 for 25-30 pounds and then was charged $18 and then it asked if i wanted to tip or not?? tip for what? They wait until the end to weigh and charge after you’ve already washed your dog. the leash that’s supposed to hold my dog back to the high counter top she slipped out of because it was too big she could fit her whole body through it and she jumped off the counter and fell. she is a 13 year old senior dog and that’s why i didn’t want to blow dry her up there in the first place but wasn’t given a choice when i tried to blow dry her on the ground. to make matters worse staff witnessed it and did nothing didn’t check on my dog nothing. could have someone else bathe her in a safer manner for the exact same price and not have to put up with such drama and will do so.

EVERY DOG PARENT in KC NEEDs to know about this place! We recently adopted a dog and her short hair doesn't need the routine grooms like her older long haired brother. We wanted DIY but minus the clean up. This is the place! All of this provided and within arms reach: Towels, scrubber, suds, and dryer. Our senior gal was a bit skiddish, but with all of these tools at the ready we could focus on easing her nerves.

Can't say enough about this place. The lady working (Meredith?) went over and above to help me and my Heidi girl. She was so helpful and understanding! Price was very reasonable. I highly recommend!!!

First time going here and definitely will be back. My previous dog was a cairn terrier so washing her at home was no problem but my current dog is a Bernedoodle so there's no chance I'd be able to wash her in a standard house bathtub as big and wild as she can be. The tubs here are deep, a mat on the floor of the tub so they don't slip, a collar to help keep them standing in the same spot, and a hose with a spray nozzle that goes the length of the tub so you don't have to twist them around to get the shampoo out. It was an easy transition from tub to an elevated section to dry them off as well as an adjustable speed air dryer. All of this for $14. Between her grooming appointments we'll be back without a doubt.

I took my Scottish terrier there on Friday and I was so impressed. They had shampoo towels brushes. It was great then they cut his toe nails which I didn’t think they would be able to do. But he was so good that Cliffy didn’t even blink or cry. I will definitely take my other Scottie’s there. I just can’t say enough about this puppy wash.
