Twisted Tailz Mobile Pet Spa

I love this "dog spa" as my pups would call it. She takes great care and bonds with the dogs that come in. My Bassett and Australian Shepard both love her.

I booked an appointment a few days ago initially thinking this was a mobile groomer, however the owner responded that I would need to bring my dog to her home because she doesn’t actually do mobile grooming despite that being in the name and offered an appointment for this morning. My husband is a flatbed truck driver and was able to unexpectedly come home last night while in route to drop off a load. Unfortunately, I slept thru my alarm because of it. That is my fault. When I finally woke up to 3 messages, with the last stating I’m not eligible for services there anymore. The message came 19 minutes after the scheduled appointment time. That is fine. This was false advertising anyway because it was my original intent to find a mobile groomer. Things happen. This was the first appointment so it is not as if I missed multiple appointments. I apologize that I overslept but I think that this is very off putting so I wouldn’t recommend this place because of it.

Stephanie did such an amazing job on my little boy! He had some matting that I wasn’t able to get out, and she was able to work magic without shaving him. Will absolutely be back, highly recommend!

Stephanie does a wonderful job on Decker, my Irish Setter. I even brave the HRBT to get there!

Flexible scheduling, thorough and immaculate work! The pictures speak for themselves - our boys were filthy and bowing, but the results from the grooming were absolutely amazing! Got rid of all that shedding, and presentable to a show dog’s standard! 10 out of 10 would recommend Twisted Tailz! 🥰
