I’ve been taking my cavalier to Trim Time for about a year now and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone with a pet. They do a fantastic job grooming and the staff is so friendly!!

I’ve taken my dog here twice, the first time I was really happy and the second not so much. My dog was brought in for a full groom one month after his first visit which was a mini groom. I asked for his body to be not too long but also not too short with a round head. When I picked him up they have not done what I asked for. I wasn’t satisfied and I did express that. The groomer explained that he was “busy” on the table and also matted, which resulted in an $8 up charge (which I still believe to be untrue but I was willing to accept it). I asked if he was matted why did I not receive a call stating that and she explained that when I called to check on him that’s when they informed me because he was still on the table. I called at 3:14pm and at 3:28pm they text me saying he was ready. You guys were able to shave him down and finish the groom within 14 minutes? The groomer explained she tried to use a medium guard and she couldn’t get it through so she had to go shorter. I asked about the lack of round head and she explained she went shorter on his head to match the body because a round head with the short body could look “goofy” (her words not mine). If they were unsure about my req

We have been taking our dogs here for grooming for 14 years. Can’t say enough positive things about Emily and the front end staff. I referred friends here and they, too, are pleased with the service. Emily always does exactly what I want, making our pup look adorable. It is clear that she loves what she does and she shows genuine care for my dog. Thank you Trim Time!

We have been doing business with Trim Time for a long time. They have taken care of both my Poms (Bear & Hunny) Now that Hunny is without her brother, Trim Time has given Hunny extra love and care during her groomimg appointments and boarding. I recently left her for boarding and was worried as usual as she will be 12 years old in August. Trim Time took great care of Hunny. Also, they understand the calls of concern while boarding to check on my senior pom Hunny. Our groomer Em is awesome and Darcy shows care and concern on every visit. Hunny came home happy. I highly recommend Trim Time for your pets groomimg, daycare or boarding needs.

Would never recommend. My dog was injured here about a month ago and no one had any explanation and of course no one took responsibility. Wanted to support them because they were a smaller business and the prices were good but I should’ve just kept my dog at PET U like I have been for the past two years. They never bothered to check on my dog after this injury or anything just claimed they had no idea what could’ve happened and swept it under the rug. My dog has been suffering from so much anxiety after this incident. We may never know what truly happened but all I know is that the injury for sure did not happen under my care. He wouldn’t survived a day at daycare if I sent him hurt like this.
