I recently brought my puppy in for a grooming appointment, and unfortunately the experience was very upsetting. When I picked up my puppy, I discovered at the vet he had a broken arm and is in need for surgery, being the only way the injury can heal. The staff told me that my puppy had been aggressive during the grooming session that caused the accident to happen. It breaks my heart to hear this knowing that my little pug has never showed aggression towards anyone. The guy quickly got defensive about the situation claiming it was not their responsibility. Regardless of the circumstances, I believe the shop is responsible for ensuring the safety of the animals in their care. I was disappointed that they did not offer any assistance or take responsibility for the injury. Think twice before taking your pet.

I’m absolutely heartbroken and furious about what happened to our family pup at this grooming place. We took him in healthy, and he left with a broken leg that requires a $5,000 surgery to be able to heal. The groomers claimed he bit someone, causing him to fall. He has never been aggressive or ever had ANY issues. IF there had been any signs of fear or stress, a professional groomer should be trained and equipped to handle animals with care and proper safety measures. Or even refuse service if it was that bad. Instead, we were met with zero accountability and a very unprofessional attitude. The way this situation was handled lacked basic compassion, transparency, and responsibility. This has been traumatic and incredibly expensive, and I wouldn’t wish it on anyone. Please think twice before trusting them with your pet.

I was very very happy with the folks at Trish's Dog House just outside of Pittsboro Indiana/ Delphi My 18-month-old Belgian malinois spent his first time away for 4 days The only thing I would have done differently was bring his own dog food. He was a little upset and I think his normal dog food would have helped that situation two thumbs up and a belly rub. Thank you ladies very much for taking care of my baby

I wasn’t that impressed by the service. The lady who cut my dogs hair was having a bad day and her back hurt so my dog looked almost exactly how she looked when we walked in. They seem like they don’t like doing the job is the atmosphere I got from her and the other lady was really grouchy. Also it was seventy dollars for a bath and a hair cut seems like a lot but I’ve never been to a pet groomer so it may be cheap
