We will be back! Jazi absolutely hates having her nails trimmed, however the girls did an excellent job with her. They were friendly gentle and efficient. We did not have to wait and in just a few minutes, Jazi came out wagging her tail with perfectly trimmed nails and the hair clipped from her pads. Thank you so much..you have our confidence!

EXCUSES NOT SOLUTIONS My recent experience at Transformations in Stow was awful and I will not return. While my previous four visits were satisfactory, my most recent appointment fell significantly short of expectations, prompting this rating. Upon arrival, I was immediately concerned by a strong odor of marijuana permeating the shop. This raised serious questions about the environment in which my dog was to be groomed. Following the grooming, several significant issues became apparent. My dog's nails were merely clipped, leaving sharp edges that subsequently scratched my children. His facial grooming was also incomplete, with uneven hair and unclean tear ducts. These are fundamental aspects of a professional grooming service that were clearly overlooked. A week later, I contacted your receptionist, Alex, to express my disappointment and concerns because my child had scratches all over her arms from the nail service, also mentioned the strong smell of marijuana and its possible correlation with the subpar grooming service. I believe my intention was clearly constructive. However, my subsequent conversation with the owner proved deeply unsatisfactory. Rather than addressing my

I picked up my dog today, completely mortified and shocked. There wasn’t much I could do while I processed what I saw and what they said to me. Before I saw him they told me he was barrel rolling to get away from them, and messed himself multiple times and had to give him 4 baths. My first thought, why the heck wasn’t I called?! My dog can be dramatic but I have never gotten a report like that from ANY groomer. I saw my dog and he has a HUGE black spot on the middle of his forehead from it being cut WAY TOO SHORT! So not only was my dog scared which resulted in him acting the way he did, makes me question what went on as he NEVER acts like that, but we spent almost $80 for this. I will never take my dog back there. If I didn’t have my baby with me at the time of pick up I wouldn’t have been so quiet about my frustrations and concerns. If you have an animal that is acting that scared, call the owner. Don’t force them to go through the whole grooming session. I posted two photos, the one with him having a black spot from this place. And the second that shows that’s never happened with our groomer in a NJ. I’ll drive the 6 hours back home for now on.

We brought our big guy here last week for the first time. All the staff was super nice, and communication for pickup was great. I had never taken our guy to a groomer before (we adopted him at 5years old), and I can honestly say I can’t wait to bring him back! His nails are great, his ears are fabulous… and I can’t stop snuggling him (more than usual).

Definitely coming back here from now on. My dog's grooming was quick and my wife and I can't get over how adorable she looks. It's the best grooming she's ever had, and also the best price. She came back completely calm which was great, as other places we've tried have traumatized her to some degree. Everyone there is very friendly. Very highly recommended!
