Thursday June 11th 2026, 12:30p. New I was going to Tractor Supply in Elm Grove, WV for Diatomacious Earth food grade so I asked the cashier and she said one place, 10 minutes later I ask another girl and she said a different place and she just stocked it. 5 minutes later I'm walking out of the store empty handed. I'm beginning to not like that store. I ended up finding it after being pointed in the right direction, no thanks to being showed exactly where it was in person.

Am elderly. Loaded shopping cart with heavy bags of food. Cart wheels are defective. Cart very hard to push& makes no turns. Cashier did not help returning these heavy bags back in the cart after scanning them. Then asked for my drivers license, that I didnt have& I go to this store all the time. Wasted trip. I just went home. This cashier watched me struggling. No help offered.

Staff here is the absolute best! They are so helpful and so kind. They make every trip an experience with the effort they put in! it maximizes the positivity you experience when you are there! This is the place to go for any all animal needs from farm to domestic! The cashiers are always so nice and go above and beyond, so far that the one cashier was wearing these glasses that I absolutely loved and she went as far as sending me the link from where she had ordered them off amazon. This is the type of customer service that creates return customers!!!!
