I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but customer service is something I take very seriously, and unfortunately this experience was disappointing from start to finish. I’ve attached photos with this review because I did in fact visit the store and make a purchase. I came in excited to buy deer corn for our new property after checking online and seeing that the apple-flavored deer corn I wanted showed as being in stock. From the moment I walked in, something felt off. There was no greeting, no welcome, and no acknowledgment from staff. The store was quiet, employees were moving around and working, but no one seemed interested in engaging with customers. I spent a considerable amount of time searching for a specific product and approached multiple employees for help. One employee briefly pointed me in a general direction. Another looked at the information I showed him but didn’t attempt to verify inventory or help locate the product. A third employee told me where it “might” be and quickly went back to what he was doing. At no point did anyone seem interested in actually helping me find what I came for. What disappointed me most wasn’t that the item wasn’t readily available.

Love this store! Everything you need for every pet and all your farm needs. They also have a great selection of Carhartt and boots. And last but not least they have a wash station for your pets which was really great.

Wow if I could leave negative stars at the Tuscaloosa AL Tractor Supply location I sure would! I’m building a very large permitter fence around my property. I’ve already purchased four farm gates from this location, without issue. I am needing a fifth gate for the backside of my property. I was told come on in we can price match and the farm gates are on sale. Online I found the farm gate I needed for $149.99. Tarter 6 ft. x 50 in. Wire Filled Gate, 2 in. x 4 in. Mesh, Black. They happened to have one in stock made by the same manufacturer with the same design and dimensions. Due to it being dark blue and not black they wanted me to pay $179.99 plus tax. They said technically since it’s a different color it’s a different item even though it’s identical other than the color. The employees would not work with me and seemed very put out. You missed out on a purchase and refused to work with a customer, what a joke and how petty!

I’m a city girl but I love this store! Not only do they have a great garden section, they also have great prices on all the major brands of dog food - and all the other critters you may have like rabbits, horses, cows, etc. and did I mention Baby Chicks and Ducklings? They sell out fast in the spring but they restock. I love to stop by just to look at them! Along with pet stock, there are also work clothes, rubber boots, tools, and so much more under one roof! Block out some time and come check it out!
